Customer seeking refund from asos due to australia post return label issue. asos not providing assistance or solution, causing stress.
Australia post have told me the return label does not work. ASOS are not helping me with this issue they know is happening to customers. It’s affecting me because they are not helping to resolve the issue or come up with a solution or offering a refund which is stressing me out. I want a refund while they take their time fixing the issue that is not my problem but they are asking it into mine problem

Customer seeking refund from asos, promised refund never received. asos claims refund was rejected but unable to provide evidence. shoes returned, still no refund.
They promised me a refund but never refunded me. They also claim they tried to refund me on. the 25/03/2024 but that the refund was rejected. However, they were unable to provide me with any evidence of this. They say someone will email you but they don't. I just want my money. They have the shoes and admit to that.

Customer frustrated with asos return label issue, seeking help. confusion with carrier 'rebound'. disconnected from online chat multiple times.
My return download label didn’t work so after hours of trying to get answers, I finally got through & was assured a new label would be good. I specifically told them it’s through Australia post. I went to post it & it was rejected. Apparently “rebound” is the carrier?? What is rebound & where do I go from here? Asos delivered wrong refund, issued voucher without consent, and did not provide full refund amount.
I purchased some items from ASOS that was delivered on the 20/12/23. I was not really happy with the fit of the pants that I bought and created a refund label on 1/01/24. I was told that ASOS no longer has free returns and the portion of the refund would cover the cost of the postage I agreed to this. I was away for a holiday and was unable to send the item until 20/01/24. ASOS did not inform in anyway that the refund would be given in a voucher and was sent an email that the refund was received. I waited but received nothing to my Paypal account. I contacted the customer service team and asked for what had occurred they informed me I was given a voucher. I was not given a choice or informed of this. When I asked for me more information they sent to be to the return policy and no solution. In addition, I paid $AUD138 and the voucher was only for $AUD129.01.

ASOS customer seeks $267 compensation for misleading return policy information.
I had ordered a size 6 dress and was nearing the 28 day return date. I got in contact with the customer service team last Thursday and asked if I were to order a size 8 and it fits could I still return the smaller size. I advised that if I ordered the bigger size it will come after the 28 return timeframe and they said not to worry and that I had until the 5th of November to return it. I reconfirmed and also stated that I did not want to be stuck with 2 of the same dresses as they were close to $300 each. I was assured all would be ok and so I ordered the dress. The dress arrived today and when I contacted them to return the smaller size I was told it could not be done because it was past the 28 day return date. I told them that I had spoken to someone last week and evidence of the chat and even though they could see this they said they couldn't do anything and apologised for the misleading information the staff member had given me.

I ordered over $200 of cloting from ASOS. When they were received they didn't fit or were poor quality. Unbeknown to me as they were sale items there was only 14 days to return them which I would have done if I would have known. Apparently this is outline in their terms and conditions for returns from Australia- https://www.asos.com/au/customer-care/returns-refunds/what-is-your-returns-policy/ but isn't obvious when receiving the parcel or ordering. Now i have a load of clothes that are useless still in their bags and customer help were unable to provide me with a solution or a complaints process to follow. I am $200 out of pocket and very unhappy with the service.
