Late pre-order pickup, prioritize in-person orders, requesting credit for lateness.
My nephew left his home at 5.45pm to collect this item. This was ready at 6.40pm. I pre-ordered this on the app. They were filling orders for people purchasing subway in person before filling my pre order. This has happened a few times now, which is disappointing as I order quite a lot. Do I not order on the app. anymore and order face to face now. A credit for lateness would be appreciated.

Customer complained about unfriendly and unhygienic service at belmont victoria subway, requesting apology and better training for staff.
I went to Belmont Victoria store at lunch time Easter Saturday. The young Lady did not want to be there. Very non friendly, she was hopeless. Halfway through making our subway she went off to do something else. Opening and closing doors, even touching her hair with her gloves on then came back to finish our subway without replacing gloves. I told her to please change her gloves and she got angry. Then she couldn't even wrap our subs properly. Please teach staff to be HYGIENIC and friendly.

Customer arrived at subway at 10.10am on a public holiday to find no bread ready, only wraps, due to delayed cooking. unacceptable service.
The Raceview Subway opened at 10am due to the public holiday .. I arrived at 10.10am only to be told there were no bread ready as it was not cooked only wraps for another 30minutes. This is not acceptable as this is what subway is all about and sells. The young girl said she started at 8.30 but have not had the bread cooked yet.If a store opens it should be ready for business…UNACCEPTABLE
