Longstanding issues with property maintenance, lack of response from ray white robertson property managers, seeking resolution through rta tribunal.
1. Failure to repair property pool pump (ongoing for 8 months) 2.Failure to repair main stove cook element *** Form 11 issued on 7th May 24, no response from Ray White Robertson Property Managers - Form 16 submitted with RTA - notification for tribunal issued by RTA. We were unable to use the pool for more than 8 months. No delays with weekly rent payments from tennant.

Customer complains about rent increase after caring for gardens, rude response from kristi, false arrears claim, unresolved maintenance issues.
I've been at my current adress for around four years. Until a couple of months ago I took care of the gardens at my house and the one next door at my own expense and obviously a lot of hard work. One day the owner approached me and said Rod I'm not putting your rent up then within a few weeks I received notification the rent was going up so I phoned Macarthur branch and spoke to Kristi Newett and told her I wouldn't be caring for the garden next door any longer because of the rental increase, the aggressive response was you'll have to look after the garden in front of your house. Today I received an email telling me I was in arrears then I received a text that I owed 200 dollars. Now you can look at my record and see I've never missed a payment the standing order goes out every week so I've no idea why Kristi is being so rude and it's not the first time. I'd also like to point out that when an inspection took place I pointed out that there was a huge crack in the ceiling due to the house settling and I also requested a fly screen for the front door but no action. Ray White agent Sladjana Grujic did not support us. My husband and I reported many issues in the property 17 Crystal Street Rozelle.<br /><br />Reported throughout our tenancy<br /><br />- Black mould on the ceiling of a bedroom we could not sleep in or use- all clothes and items in that room had to be discarded due to mould- photos were sent to Sladjana- nothing was ever done<br /><br />- First week we moved in to 17 Crystal St the bathroom flooded, water evading into the kitchen and living area- tried to contact Sladjana- no response. We contacted a plumber for help. The plumber recognised there was an issue and left what I can only describe as faeses and sewage in our home, we were told to buy some hospital grade disinfectant to clean it.

Customer unhappy with condition of purchased property from ray white, seeking apology and resolution for multiple issues including painting, appliances, cleaning, and maintenance.
We bought a house at 14 Emerald Boulevard Aldinga Beach , end up paying rather high price considering what needed doing. Painting inside and out , oven door not working, air con/ heater not working , bad stains on carpet, carport door door not working, windows and toilets not cleaned properly, gutters completely blocked. I'm not sure what a final inspection of a property really entails but I'm sure some should be covered. A very very big bad review for their conduct of property review, we have been up for alot of extra money to fix and clean things. I hope people take a lot of notice of this and take notice and make sure they do their job properly
