Customer experiencing issue with sportsbet app, unable to view specific races for more than a few seconds. seeking resolution and apology.
My complaint is something that has has only been a problem for the last couple of months. As example I have race 3 at Randwick up on my phone if I turn my phone off say during the race and I want to come back to race 3 it will come back for a couple of seconds and then go back to the full race card. Another example is if it’s the last race and this occurs as it always does then I can’t get back to that race. I have tried deleting the app and then downloading it again, this solves the problem, but only for a short while, then it goes back to the problem. This is so annoying that I am thinking of changing my supplier. Please fix. Regards Bren Claridge.

Customer seeks $50.10 and apology from sportsbet for voided bet on penrith harness race 8 despite being accepted and confirmed.
On Thursday 20 June, I placed an online exacta bet on my Sportsbet account number: 135491026. It was a bet on the Penrith harness race 8. The bet was accepted and I confirmed it. This bet was accepted and appeared as a pending bet in my online account. The result was a successful one and paid $50.10. The dividends were delayed, even after 30 mins of waiting, so I went to bed. This morning I checked my email to find that the bet was voided for some obscure reason that wasn't clear to me. If the bet was accepted and confirmed, why hasn't it been paid? I am not happy with this result, what can be done about it?

Customer complains about sportsbet's unfair odds, wants them to review and adjust for fairness, and plans to switch to australian tab.
Sportsbet odds make it ridiculously hard for a punter to win. they make it impossible to win unless you place huge amounts of money for eg. if the line should be 6 points with every other betting company they will put 12. If the side you are likely to bet on are winners they will pay 20 cents per dollar where most would pay most people with small bets are pushed to bet multis etc. The Australian tab has much better and fairer odds. Sports bet make it impossible to bet head to head even with a small kitty for fun. It’s not fun anymore because they screw everyone with unfair odds. I have been with them for a few years but they are crooks. I’m moving on.

Customer upset with sportsbet for incorrect bet outcome, poor customer service, and confusion between line and tri bet options.
Bet for Richmond to win under-5.5 Which occurred I won by five points. This was under tri bet. Operator is telling me I didn’t bet that bet I put a bet on line Richmond -15.5. Which I definitely didn’t do asked him where on your app is under 15.5 options are and he doesn’t know. The operator has given me anxiety made me lose. My temper was not listening to me and the conversation ended rudely which has put me in depression the way you’re handling this situation I know what I bet it on and you’re telling me that I didn’t, because there’s a minus Sign in front of Richmond meaning line which is not what I was betting and not direct me to where that bet is which is obviously in the tri bet options which are either team under 15 or less Richmond -15.5 and West Coast 15.5 and I assuming it’s 15.5 or less cause we’re talking about either team 15 or less. And I’m not looking in the line options, giving a team, an advantage or a disadvantage Was not my bet was going for the underdogs to win under. -15.5. See how that is confusing under 15.5 and -15.5. That’s why you have line bets and try bets.

Customer opened account for son's 18th birthday, faced issues with verification and bonus bets. rude customer service, account sat dormant for 12 months.
Hi I opened as a birthday gift for my Son’s 18th birthday an account with Sportsbet back in January 2023. There was an offer to place $250 in you would offer bonus bets at the time. The funds have sat there as his account apparently was not verified. He tried to verify online but your system requested a drivers licence and then asked for a further document which he did not have a passport to do that. Nobody contacted him from Sportsbet and his account sat there. We phoned today and asked it to be activated. I was only made aware of this issue today. The customer service guy was very rude even though I explained this to him He declined to listen to me as I was not the account holder but his mother, even though the account holder was with me and approved me to talk on his behalf to him! He hung up and nothing is resolved about the bonus credits and the fact this account just sat dormant for over 12 months with the $250. The account number is 137530813. Nelson McDonald They have activated it now with just the license and why that did not happen sooner is not good service! I also have a Sportsbet account and I am looking at closing it after this whole experience. My account is 133666813. Leanne McDonald. My son has some disabilities and is not great at speaking directly to people on the phone.

My account was closed by them. I wasn't notified. Ive asked them quite a few times to why it was closed never received explanation. Id only been using sports bet for a short time so was i in the process of giving them the identity they need for my account aka bank card details. I have over $500 in my account that they refuse to let me withdraw out of it. Or reopen it so I can claim my money back n I was told no. Which is crap because it's rightfully mine. I honestly think is BS n totally unfair

Customer won $10,000 in a free horse racing game but was denied due to self-exclusion. seeking assistance to claim winnings.
Im a self excluded person from all online gambling sites. However still remain interested in the sport of horse racing. Only an interest and have never tried opening an account under a different name. I’ve remained gambling free now for the time of my self exclusion. As I still have an interest for it I have the app racing.com and on there is a game called pick7 which is held on a Wednesday and Saturday meetings in horse racing. It’s free to play with a chance to win cash prizes. Been playing ever since I’ve been self excluded with no problem of playing. As it’s free and no risk of losing money it’s something I like to do every to most Wednesdays and Saturdays. Yesterday the 6th of February at sandown I was one 3 lucky winners to share in 10000 dollars. I was so happy but didn’t hear anything. Sportsbet excuse is that I’m self excluded and are not allowed to play. I play religiously, while not hiding my identity nor my email address and phone number. They clearly know it’s me and allow me to play pick 7 week in week out. I’m entitled to my cash that I have won fair and square and have all the evidence in the world to prove this. Either Sportsbet or racing.com need to give me my winnings. I have a mental illness and am short of money, then to hear this information and really rattled me. Can you pls help me
