Paypal refused refund claims despite vendor promise, focused on transaction processing, requested proof of payment from customer, seeking assistance.
PayPal refused my request for a refund from vendors that have promised hassle free refunds but then ignore my requests consistently PayPal has said they refused the claims because the transactions were QUOTE (We reviewed the claim(s) you filed on 14 February 2024. Unfortunately, we had to refuse your claim(s). This decision was made because our records show that this transaction was processed correctly.) That was never the issue but that is what they focused on even after many attempts to make it clear my right to a refund was the issue I have 18 claims that they rejected .In one set of claims they asked for proof of payment WHICH is REALY strange since they were the ones that made the payment. I have the emails but it's a lot of information so i firstly want to se if this is something you can help me with ??

I have registered a complaint with you before but no joy I would like to try again this time to reapply for my money returned but this time I will supply another reason as I thought that just being eligible for a refund because you where asking within the time frame was enough but some actually didn't provide all the programs I had paid for All of my claims were multi programs in 1 purchase. PayPal refused all my claims.

I would like to relaunch my claims as there are more reasons for me to claim a refund from these vendors that were not expressed in the original claims . In the beginning I thought it would be enough that I was entitled to a refund so I didn't mention that not all of the programs I paid for were delivered. I would like this remedied.
