Early closure of changing rooms at san souci leisure centre, inconvenience caused, request for investigation and improvement in facility management.
I am writing to express my concern about the early closure of the changing room at San Souci Leisure Centre on 8th Jun 2024. My child and I found the changing rooms closed before the stated closing time, causing significant inconvenience as we were unable to use the facilities after swimming and were told to use the public toilet outside of the centre, which is a very small space with no locked door. It was a very unsafe environment for my kid to get changed. It appears the staff decided to close the changing rooms earlier than scheduled and i was told by the duty manager that they wanted to leave early for long weekend, which is troubling as it disrupts the experience for patrons. I kindly request that this to be investigated as changing facilities should remain open all time during opening hours of the centre. This behaviour is extremely unacceptable especially not letting us to use showering facilities after swimming session during winter and has unfortunately caused my kid to catch a cold. Thank you for addressing the issue. I look forward to your prompt response.
