Customer purchased hyundai i30n with sunroof, experiencing rattling noises. dealer unable to fix due to budget constraints, claiming it's a common issue.
Hi my name is Steve I bought a brand new i30n with the full sunroof ,since the first day I picked the car up I noticed rattling noises in it,the booked the car in and spent about 1 week fixing all the issues car was good for for a little while now they have all come back dandenong hyundai are now telling me they can't fix or search into the rattling noises, because they have no more budget to spend on my car and it is a common problem, if I knew it was a common problem I would not have bought the,I bought anew car so I can have things like sorted put under warranty, what can I do now

Customer experiencing ongoing issues with adaptive cruise control on hyundai vehicle, seeking resolution from dealer and technical department after multiple unsuccessful attempts.
I purchased a CN.V2I30 N LINE SEDAN 1.6PCT FROM Peter Page Hyundai in Elizabeth travelled back to pt Pirie that day the adaptive cruise controll randomly turned off and displaying all these random things to check on the tachometer screen it took about a minute and I reset the cruise controll approx 20 min later the same thing occurred I travell the approx 200k to Adelaide each fortnite When I booked the vehicle into Peter Page for the warrenty service I told them about it they checked it on the computer and claimed there was nothing wrong the problem continued to happen every trip occuring 2. 3. Times each trip it's now 5 months the problem continued to happen the dealer asked me to video the event when it happened totally in safe I might add travelling at speed trying to capture on video what was happening I did this anyway and gave it to the dealer who said it wasn't going to solve anything I was then asked to when the problem happened to take the vehicle to them without switching the motor off so it could go on the computer I did this and it was established there was a problem still I'm getting no resolution to the problem the details apparently been referred to technical somewhere but still nothing is being resolved I am beginning to feel very unsafe using the cruise am now driving wondering if the adaptive cruise controll will operate and not collide with the vehicle travelling slower in front I've lost count now of how many times in the 65 mths I've had the vehicle and am still no further advanced to getting the problem resolved either by the dealer or the technical department I'm completely dissapointed and totally frustrated with the whole situation and want it fixed or what ever the problem is replaced

Customer seeks $5000 from hyundai for faulty head unit in 2019 i30 with under 38000km, citing manufacturing fault and reliance on bluetooth.
The head unit in my 2019 i30 has been diagnosed by quayside Lismore as needing to be replaced at a cost of $5000. The car has done under 38000km. Even though I haven't used the Bluetooth a great deal, as a pensioner I need to be able to rely on it. I feel that this is unreasonable considering the low kms and that there is a manufacturing fault. I feel that it would be fair for Hyundai to rectify the fault with no cost to me.

Customer seeks $600 from hyundai for repeated window regulator issues on 2012 hyundai i30, no help from dealership, warranty insufficient, financial burden on pensioner.
My name is Janette Stone, I own a 2012 Hyundai i30. My issue is that the window regulator on driver’s side keeps breaking. In the last 4 years I’ve had to replace it 3 times. It’s is very costly !! Also very inconvenient as I live in a very high crime Town. This is an on going problem and I’m having no help from the Dealership here. The service manager just shrugged and said he can’t do anything. Apparently the warranty for part is only 1 year…. To bad that it broke in 18 months…everytime that’s not good enough…Please help….. I am a pensioner and can’t afford this extra expense..there should be a longer warranty $600.00 is far to much to get this fixed…

Customer received poor service at baker motors, blamed workshop staff, upset that service agent adrienne received a mark against her performance record.
Had poor service at Baker Motors Wodonga VIC - reported it to Service Manager - you sent standard survey where I repeated the poor service report. Guilty party was Workshop staff and now I find the service agent Adrienne who was in no way guilty nor part of the poor service has had a mark AGAINST HER performance record for the incident! Completely ridiculous system. She and former Service Manager Sam are the only reason we continue to bring our cars here for service. Will think twice about answering any more of your survey requests based on outcome. Please feel free to contact me. 0403-808-939. Bet you don’t bother

Customer wants the car issues fixed without drama, including rattling and clicking noise, without extra charges for inspection.
They cannot or are not willing to fix my rattling and clicking noise in my car. Have been to dealer so many times including Sunco Hyundai Maroochydore/Caloundra, Noosa Hyundai and have to return back with the same response that we can still hear the noise but can’t figure it out. So, have to come back again. And last, I went to Sunco Hyundai Maroochydore to fix other issues with the above mentioned issues and was told to pay extra 170$ an hour for inspection. Just bought a brand new car in 2022.
