Customer dissatisfied with car service, requesting $9,500 compensation, an apology, and professional detailing due to negligence.
Yesterday, I received my car back after paying $9,500 for a three-week service. However, I was extremely disappointed with the condition in which it was returned to me. <br /><br />Firstly, my white leather seats were covered in fingerprints and grease. I had handed over the car in impeccable condition, having cleaned it the day before. <br /><br />Secondly, I noticed that one of the buttons on the driver's side door, which controls the mirrors, was broken. This was not the case when I initially brought in the car for service. <br /><br />Thirdly, there is a mark on my center console that has damaged the leather. Again, this was not present before the service. <br /><br />Furthermore, the button controlling my roof has also been damaged or broken while the car was in the hands of Porsche. <br /><br />In addition, there is a service red light on the dashboard that hasn't been reset, indicating that the necessary maintenance hasn't been properly completed. <br /><br />Lastly, I found that the back cover behind the headrest had been removed and not properly adjusted or reinstalled. <br /><br />I have before and after photos that clearly show the damage and the condition in which the car was returned to me. This level of negligence and lack of attention to detail is completely unacceptable.
