Having been a loyal customer of Burwood Nissan since purchasing my Nissan Qashqai from them, I've recently encountered such disappointing experiences that I've decided to take my business elsewhere. During my last two visits, I faced significant issues. Last year, I was informed that my left and right-hand drive shaft seals needed replacement. I scheduled the service, anticipating a prompt return of my car. However, they initially ordered the wrong part, necessitating an extra day to obtain the correct one. Subsequently, I was informed that they had received the wrong part altogether. After several days, when I finally retrieved my car, I was informed that apprentices had mistakenly installed parts on the wrong side. Despite this mishap, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, understanding that mistakes happen. Shortly after, my car experienced starting issues at the dealer, which they attributed to their oversight during servicing. They jump-started it for me to return home, but the problem persisted. They acknowledged their error and offered to replace my battery free of charge. This year, during my regular service, I was shocked to be informed that my car's under tray was missing and would cost $785 to replace. I expressed disbelief, as I would have undoubtedly noticed such a significant part missing. When I raised my concerns with the receptionist, she dismissively brushed them aside and focused solely on payment, displaying a lack of care for my longstanding loyalty as a customer. I firmly believe that their previous oversight led to a rush in returning my car, resulting in the neglect of reinstalling the under tray. Never once was the absence of this part mentioned during previous visits, further solidifying my belief in their negligence
