Customer is seeking $450 and an apology from jim's cleaning for substandard house and window cleaning job done by pramrod sharna.
To whom it may concern, I received a quote for house and window cleaning which I accepted from Pramrod Sharna. The work was arranged to be carried out today. I returned home to find my furniture not where I left it, my lounge room rug was clearly upside down with the label facing up. Towel’s from the bathroom thrown on my grandson’s bed. Kitchen floor dirty, bathroom floor and toilet floor not properly cleaned. Shower door track dirty. Kitchen cabinets still have fingerprints visible. Windows throughout were either poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all. Screens and tracks not cleaned. I have attached some photos however they don’t show as well as I had hoped. I have now spent the last hour and 15 minutes cleaning as I have real estate agents coming in the morning. The cleaner has offered to return tomorrow which is futile, as it will be too late, and defeats the purpose as to why I chose to have a professional clean in the first place. I am so very disappointed, I could have avoided the added stress and just cleaned myself. I am writing this email to let you know I am not happy to pay the $450 for a substandard job which I have had to do myself. Customer seeks $130-200 reimbursement and apology from jim's cleaning due to franchisee's unprofessional behavior and oven/stove issues.
One of your franchisees, Ninous.adam or basil Essa(there are 2 names on the invoice cleaned my oven and stove top, and after that the oven is not working and one of the stove top rings is also not feeding gas. I asked him to return and check this, which he did ,and he insisted the oven was working fine, which it wasn't. He then began sending nasty messages(I have a copy of these) demanding payment along with abusive comments. I assured him I would pay him when it was confirmed by Master Appliances that his cleaning didn't cause this. I have Master Alliances technician coming today to check the oven, as I told Ninous. He wouldn't accept this and still kept demanding payment. This is very upsetting customer service and reflects badly on your brand. Even if Master Alliances say the fault is with the cleaning, I am too frightened to have this man back to my house, as his behaviour is unacceptable and unprofessional. I now have to pay around $130-200 to have this looked at and would like this reimbursed. Can you help me?

Customer unhappy with cleaning service from jim's cleaning, seeking $130 and apology for inability to remove stains and leaving carpets wet.
I had a gentleman that came to day had three small stains on my carpet no big stains compare to your photos on line which no problem to remove. He colldent shift any of the stain which was 5 days old. Carpets left very wet. I contacted your company because off good feed back. Not happy customer. $130 dollars later.

Customer seeks apology from jim's cleaning for chris hall's unprofessional behavior, including temper outburst and foul language during floor cleaning service.
We had our floor tiles and grout cleaned last Wednesday by Chris Hall, Wollongong. The machine broke down and Chris lost his temper lashing out smashing a paint tray across our letter box and screaming and yelling with foul language. This was bad enough that my husband who was working from home in the office with head phones on ran outside and also a neighbour who came out to see if he needed to call police . Also my daughter was pulling up in the driveway at the same time. I am extremely annoyed at this as I do not expect someone who I’m paying to do a job to show such disrespect at our home. My husband did not work the rest of the day as felt very uneasy at leaving him to continue but wanted the job finished. I have witness to this and video footage.

Unsatisfactory end of lease clean with jim's cleaning in albion park, nsw. requesting refund due to incomplete cleaning and additional charges.
Unsatisfactory end of lease clean Hello, I would like some advice regarding an end of lease clean with Jim's Cleaning in Albion Park, NSW. I contacted Jim's cleaning for a quote for an end of lease residential clean on 14/2/24 & was sent a text reply stating that Yaseer from Jim's carpet cleaning would call me. I did not request carpet cleaning. When the man rang, I explained that I needed an end of lease clean, not carpet cleaning. He told me that he did end of lease cleans for Jim's Cleaning. The quote was $600 for a 3 bed, 1 bath, single level house and I needed to pay in cash, or it would be $660. I booked the job with him for Tues 27/2/24. On 23/2/24 I received a text from 0482075426 asking me to rate Yaseer from Jim’s Cleaning. I thought this was odd as he hadn’t yet done the cleaning, so I didn’t reply. On 26/2/24 I received a text from 0401354303 stating it was Anthony from Jim’s & letting me know he would arrive to clean on 27/2 between 9-10 am. On arrival I noted he was in a van with a small sign that said Jim’s carpet cleaning, not Jim’s Cleaning. I clarified again that I did not need carpet cleaning but end of lease clean, he again stated he did that too. We did a walk through of the house together, Anthony stated it was the first clean oven he had seen in an end of lease clean and in summary the house clean shouldn’t take him long at all. I was surprised that no one else was there, or coming, to clean with him. I then left for work. Four hours later I received a text from Anthony saying he still hadn’t finished the kitchen, where he started cleaning, and would now require an additional $200 cash if I wanted the whole house cleaned to an end of lease standard. I stated I couldn’t afford that, he then agreed that he would instead do a `standard’ clean on the rest of the house. When I arrived from work, he was still there, and didn’t leave till sometime after 6pm. I couldn't understand why it was taking him so long, I assumed he must be doing a very thorough job. Unfortunately, when I had time to come back and check the house the next morning it was evident that a lot of the cleaning had not been completed. He did not vacuum the carpets which was an issue then for the carpet cleaners. The windows internally were still dirty, there was hair in the shower drain, soap scum in the soap dish etc. I swept up 2 large piles worth of dust, hair etc where he supposedly cleaned & mopped. He did clean the oven, rangehood & bathroom fan well, however, there was much that was not cleaned well or at all. My daughter & I then spent another 8 hrs working frantically to get the house cleaned to an end of lease level. I have photographs as evidence I can send through. I would like to discuss a refund of my money as this job was one of the worst end of lease cleans I have seen and required me to spend hours after I finished work to complete the work myself, that I had paid Jim’s Cleaning to do. Customer upset with jim's cleaning for slow response, giving away agreed time slots, and lack of empathy. disgusted with unprofessional behavior and focus on money.
I had Martin and Angela over for a quote for cleaning. They assured me the would do a 'wonderful job' and accomodate me for some important dates which is vital for me as I have just had a knee replacement with a host of complications and several admissions to the ED.They told me over and over that I was in the best of hands. As it turns out they were just empty words. Not only were they extremely slow in their response time but they took it upon themselves to give the agreed time slots to other people and 'offered ' me days and times which didn't suit me - as they knew full well. All this dragged on as they took their time to respond to my repeated emails, and when I rightfully critiqued them for giving away the agreed time slots they took it upon themselves to cancel their services, leaving me in a VERY difficult situation- which they know!!!! I am disgusted in their totally unprofessional behaviour and their total lack of empathy. For them it's only about MONEY! 🤬

Hi Team, I engaged Jim’s cleaning on 4 March 2024. Firstly, I was told by Jim’s cleaning contact centre that I will be contacted by a person named Jothyi. But I got a called from a guy introducing as Hiden. I clarified if it’s the same company, he said yes. He asked for end of lease cleaning, he gave me quote via sms with and without window cleaning. With window cleaning quote he doesn’t do external window cleaning as he doesn’t have the required tools. On that day, he brought an assistant. So 2 guys cleaning. I noticed one of the guy cleaning the stove top (metallic surface) he was using a metal sponge to scrub vigorously? I immerse stopped him and told him it will cause scratches but he said it won’t and continued scrubbing. Later on I found that the whole kitchen stovetop is full of scratches! Also, the cleaners didn’t clean the shower area properly there’s still mould stain at the corner, he simply said it’s not able to be removed. But when I use mould killer it’s gone instantly. The stove top burner was not cleaned at all. The kitchen hood is not cleaned at all still oily and sticky. The skirting board in the hall, room, toilets are still dusty and not cleaned at all. I spend so much time to redo the cleaning again! The cleaners just wasted my time and money and I paid $240 for nothing. Hiden even remarked that he quoted a better price for me. But the company is so unprofessional and even asked me to pay cash, when I did the bank transfer Hiden told me to enter the description as ‘Gift’ and payID to a different mobile number which I rather feel dodgy. Basically I paying money to someone else I don’t know. When I feedback to Hiden on the phone, he said don’t let Jim’s cleaning know as they will take very long to respond to complains and he didn’t offer any compensation for refund and said he will do re-cleaning if Agent is not statisfied. This company is really unprofessional, it’s a shame that Jim’s cleaning is associated with this company. They don’t even know what end of lease clean means? I fee they just did a very basic cleaning not a through clean at all.

I'm Janee and I was recommended Jim's Cleaning for my end of lease clean at 29 mendota ave Andrews Farm. Only half the job was done, extremely disappointed. I paid you before it had even been done and it was left in a very unsatisfactory condition. <br /><br />This needs to be rectified tomorrow morning as discussed on the phone earlier tonight as we have key handover and end of lease Inspection first thing friday morning. <br /><br />Attached are some photos. <br /><br />We went through with the cleaner before he started and listed what we were informed was  included in the quoted price.<br /><br />Carpets were not cleaned, showers haven't been cleaned. Walls, doors and door frames have been missed. Vertical blinds haven't been touched either and many other things.<br />Keys handover is now being delayed which means we now have more rent to pay and I'm back to square one and have a house to clean. <br />I want my money back as I'm hundreds of dollars out of pocket because of your unrealisable and bad cleaning
