Customer complains about unjustified Stormwater Management charge on rates notice and lack of response from Wingecarribee Council regarding their inquiry.
I received the Annual Rates notice, which included an additional charge of Stormwater Management. My property is not in an urban area and has no Stormwater Management in place. I asked for justification of the charge on July11th, with 3 follow ups, and still not response to my query along with no advice of removal of the charge.
