Hello, yesterday 10.06.2024 I have ordered a cab for 6 pm for my elderly parents to go from 12 Homebush Rd to 27 Cotswold Rd Strathfield. On the app it showed the trip fare was collected but my parents were still waiting for the cab ! We had to go and take them . Driver never came or called . I want their taxi fare to be refunded and the taxi driver have to call the customer and not collect the fee without collecting the passengers Thank you for your help Victoria

Driver took long route, refused to change destination, was rude and aggressive. seeking $15 compensation and apology from 13cabs.
I was unable to change drop off location as my screen on my phone is cracked. I wanted to go to 32 Hardwick st coburg then back home and the driver refused and told me to get out telling me that he can’t change the destination he has to drive to where it says when booked. Customer karen wise seeks apology and compensation from 13cabs after being dropped at wrong address due to blindness, requesting training for taxi drivers.
I booked a taxi on Sunday at 2.33pm on Sunday. I ordered the taxi to take me to 9 carmel court Fentree Gully.the reference for this taxi is 213696420 the taxi driver dropped me at an address in which i thought was the right address as confirmed by him as i am completely blind and trusted him to drop me at the correct address but to my horror i had been dropped at the wrong address. I rang the persons house that i was supposed to be dropped at and as we didnt know where the taxi driver had dropped me so therefore they had to drive around looking for me and i was scared and in a state of panic. It turned out the taxi driver had dropped me of 2 or 3 streets away My name is Karen Wise phone number 0451166782 my email is karenelizabethwise@bigpond.com As a resolution i would like an apology and for taxi drivers to do a course on dealing with the blind and would like compensation

It’s the third time he take the job he never came for more than 30 mins,I need to call 3 ,4 times again to book another taxi and I don’t know what is his problem,I lost my appointment twice because he never came. Please ask the driver Frank don’t the the job fi he can’t,because the other driver talk he just sitting there. Please do something about it, Thanks KG

Hi on the 27th of June 2024 me and my mum and sister got a maxi taxi from owe hotel - surgeons rooms - then on to airport in Melbourne we booked cab for 11am that was all good the problem is owe drive turned up early witch is all good but when we left owe hotel at about 11:10 he had all ready started the meter and I know he didn’t start the meter at 11:00 coz he was standing out side the cab with me so we r guessing he started it when he first turned up witch is 1 of the problems we have with this driver when we left owe hotel the meter was on $25.97 witch does not seem right that we ordered a taxi for 11:00 but are getting charged for when he first turned up before his booking time with us. Second think my mum was sitting in the front and on the way to my surgeons rooms my mum sent me a msg just saying look at this and it was a pic of all this stuff that was on the floor of the cab and I just replied asking if it was the stuff out of here back had fallen out or if it was his stuff she replied saying it was his and to zoom in on the bottle so I did and I thought the exact same thing she did it looks as though it was a glass bottle containing vodka now we are not 100% shore if it was vodka in the bottle but that is what it looked like and he was acting a bit odd e.g he was just randomly bobbing his head and then would randomly pipe up saying something that made no sense mum hate to ask him a couple times what he said coz it made no sense. But because he was driving a cab/ is a cab driver we felt as though we needed to report it just in case we are right and it did contain vodka and was doing the wrong thing and drinking while drive / on the job and putting others lives in danger I have a pic of the bottle and the drives details as clear as we could get it while moving and of what the cab charge started on. We are hoping to get a explanation on why cab charge was started at $25.97 and if it is wrong for us to get a refund & for the bottle to be looked into as we fill as though it really needs to be looked into for the safety of his clients and others on the roads and 13cabs business Thanx Danyelle,Leanne,Larissa

Customer complaint about 13cabs. cab did not arrive on time for doctor's appointment, causing delay and inconvenience.
I ordered a cab yesterday afternoon at 3.20pm for a doctors appointment at 3.40pm925/6/20240. By 4.00pm no cab had arrived and luckily a neighbour had seen me waiting by the front gate and offered very kindly to drop me off. By the time I got to the appointment it was 4.20pm and I did not get seen by the doctor until after 5.00pm

Driver of the vehicle with license plates 3686 M Dangerously driving. Speeding, going in two lanes at once for long periods instead of just one. Merging dangerously. Not safe to have them on the road. Definitely needs to be reprimanded for this risk they pose on the road. Maybe even train them how to drive, as it appears they don't know

Customer experienced unsafe and unprofessional behavior from 13cabs driver, resulting in a $30 refund request and lost handbag.
Booked a cab to get home late on Tuesday the 18th June. Told the driver the address i wanted to go to he put it in and started the journey. Has we got closer to arrival he locked the doors and started driving the other way to where i had to go. I told him he had to turn down there and he contiuned to go the other way. I asked to be let out and he wouldnt let me out. He pulled over and said pay me $36 and i said im not paying you when you took me on a joy ride away from my location now let me out of here. He still refused so i gave him $30 and he was carrying on about the $6. I arked up at him and said let me out. He kept going back and fourth until finally he unlocked the doors. I quickly got out in a hurry as i was so shaken up and scared that i left my brand new handbag that i had just brought in the Taxis. It was so dark and i was left to walk home on my own. I stopped at the petrol station and there was a lady that could see i was shaken up and offered me a lift home. I took on the offer and i got home but normally i wouldnt take lifts from stranger but i had to get home. If he would of just driven to the right location as required none of this would of happened. I am now trying to get my brand new handbag back but having some issues in doing so. I will not being catching 13CABS taxis again has to this day im still very shaken and in tears.
