Customer seeking $468.20 refund from sixt car rental, promised within 10 days but not received, no response to follow-up inquiries.
On 8th April Sixt recognise that should refound me the amount of $468.20 and informed me by mail that the credit was going to appear on my bank statement up to 10 business days. It doesn't happen. I asked them on 3th May, but they just ingnore me. They don't give any answer. Could you help me?

Seeking refund for excess fee from car rental due to delayed claim progress and lack of communication.
I rented a car 7 months ago and had an accident, the invoice number of the rental is 9497530172/00/M/00/N. The other driver had sent the repair quote and rental car has been repaired long ago, yet today I still receive no residual refund from the damage fee I paid (AUD $4950 excess fee). Plus the response regarding the progress of the claim is always delayed and invalid. I want to have an understanding of what process and document are still needed and have a time frame of how long the claim still needs to be completed.

Customer complains about rude and unhelpful service at sixt car rental in lithgow, and compares prices with hertz.
Drove into SIXT CAR/VAN LITHGOW BRANCH this morning!! I needed a VAN/TRUCK for some Furniture Removal, as my ex, separated 13 years decided to dump furniture & effects I allowed her to use for her comfort & convenience. I walked into the office to be greeted by a heavily tatooed woman chewing her FINGER NAILS! She did not greet & continued to chew her nails. Whilst researching a quote, I asked whether it was okay to park my vehicle in the secure compound with space for many vehicles and at best there was no more than a half a dozen vehicles! Her response was "NO! You can't leave your vehicle as it can't be there when I leave a 4pm!" "You can park on the street!" Her quote was $475 for 24hr hire including over $200 INSURANCE! I contacted a Hire firm in BATHURST and they quoted $375 inclusive of INSURANCE for a 4 day HIRE of a 2000kg Enclosed MEDIUM SIZED FURNITURE TRAILER! HERTZ offer: Available on the following vehicle groups - Group W4 - Single Cab Ute with Tray $54.34 Group R4 - 6 Cubic Metre Van $68.00 Group H4 - 8 Cubic Metre Van $79.39 Group L6 - 19-22 Cubic Metre Van with Lift $93.05 https://www.hertz.com.au/rentacar/Car-hire-deals/overnight-special Being RUDE & offering RIDICULOUS HIRE TERMS at a relatively NEW SIXT in LITHGOW, will NOT get my Approval or Recommendation for using your COMPANY here in LITHGOW

Hi Bookings Admin,<br />In review of the charges deducted from my visa card for the rental of the below vehicle I question the deduction of $297.37 on 08th June 2024.<br />By my calculations, the total of the rental agreement I feel that it should be is $273.52, and question the $23.85 overcharge.<br />I submit my calculations of the rental agreement.<br />Rental agreement as per e-signed document is 220.88.<br />188 excess kilometers @ 0.28c per kilometer (as per confirmation:-signed document agreement) is $52.64.<br />$220.88 plus $52.64 equals $273.52.<br />Attached are documents supporting Odometer at start (8706K) and finish (9294K) which is 588 kilometres travelled, less the 400 free kilometres brings an excess of 188 kilometres.<br />The vehicle was also filled up, prior to return; thus should be no fuel charge.<br />Fuel gauge and docket supports this.<br />Your timely review and response (credit) required.<br />Regards<br />Myron

Customer demands refund of deposit and an apology after being denied car rental due to lost ID.
I hired a rental car online through Booking.com, and paid in full at time of booking, including an optional excess reduction insurance. When I went to pick up the car, I'd lost my Physical ID card and couldn't produce it My booking was cancelled. However staff refused to refund my money and kept my refundable deposit, the daily hire cost, even my optional excess reduction fee, due to failure to provide sufficient identification. Disgusting. I was out of pocket now with no car that I needed to drive. I want my deposit back at the very least. Booking#792219788

I am an Australian and have rented a car from Berlin for 28days. I have been very upset at the customer service i received in Berlin as ot was not open and transparent about fees and charged. The car was not available i was strongly encouraged to upgrade. This lead to confusion and distraction techniques of which now i feel taken advantaged of as not all fees were outlined to me. The upgrade has made a significant increase. <br />Also the full amount has been taken from card at collection not just the refund. This has affected my purchasing on the trip leafing to increase stress and worry<br />i would like my contract viewed pls and a reduction in cost. I would also like to the replace the full amount with removed thedeposot as discussed from my credit card
