Customer experienced dangerous driving incident with black and white taxi driver, seeking apology and resolution for the abusive behavior.
I was driving along Albany Highway towards the city, coming through Bentley a Black and White taxi just pulled in front of me there was nothing behind, he didn’t indicate I had slam my brakes on, missing him I just don’t know how, he was that close, it truly shook me up, I pulled in behind him when he stopped as it was just off the highway and I needed a moment from the shock, I approached his taxi, he didn’t even know what he done, got out and started taking photos of me. I’m a 77 year old lady , he was so abusive. which nobody deserves. All he was interested in was me moving my car out of his way, so he sent one of his passengers to tell me to go. From there I had to drive all the way home as I was so shook up, and I missed my specialist appointment ,

Cab driver overcharged and refused to use meter, kicked customer out
Cab driver tried to charge me a flat fare ($25) for a short trip, and refused to turn the meter on. He then kicked me out of his cab when I insisted he was not allowed to refuse a fare and not allowed to not use his meter.

Overcharged by Black/White cab T59831, Aug 7, from Casino taxi rank George St, to home address at 47 Warry st, Fortitude Valley, picked up at 2.35pm, dropped off at 2.50pm. Cost on his meter said $12.30. Paid by card, he charged me $23.00! I was suspicious as he turned meter charge away as paying. I have cost by him on my phone. Called complaints, nobody calls back!
