I have just had one of your bus drivers pull out on me causing me to have to slow down dangerously in order to avoid hitting it. The driver then gave me verbal abuse when I beeped my horn at him. His REG plate was TP 2562

518 no bus at murdoch train station its destination is cockburn, its scheduled time 4.29 but everyday it comes late, yesterday the bus was 12 minute late today is 9 min late

Complaint about transperth bus making dangerous left turn, endangering customer and child. requesting apology and action against driver.
I was travelling on canning road, Kalamunda towards Lesmurdie. I had a child in my car. Bus 745 at 8.12am made a left turn from mead street onto canning road endangering us. I had to break. The bus was too long to make the turn in the space I had between me & the car ahead. He endangered us & the children on his bus! I was a little shaken up. I'm a grandmother. The driver should be counciled. Wait till the road is absolutely clear & then move. It's better to get the children late than hurt.

Complaint about transperth removing stops, increasing travel time. seeking explanation and apology for inconvenience caused to residents, including elderly.
I was excited initially to see a train station finally in Yanchep. However, I live in Two Rocks and the fabulous service takes me currently from where I live at Terminus, Two Rocks to Bethanie 629 Two Rocks Road in 13 minutes. From 15th July, Both stops are being removed and its now going to take 33 minutes to get there which includes a 20 minute walk. I am disgusted for myself and all the other people I know including staff that I know use the service to and from Bethanie. We are supposed to be moving forward not going backwards. Now, a visit to the shopping centre in Yanchep is going to take 48 mins instead of currently 15 to 16 mins. That's only two services I use regularly. I don't expect a decent response as I have tried calling, I have asked bus drivers and gone into B utler and Joondalup customer service. No one seems to care.Many elderly people are now stuck. Please explain why the route had to be changed. Please Regards Shirley Oxburgh

Customer is complaining about new learner drivers causing delays on peak bus routes, suggesting they not be scheduled during peak times.
I recommend you don't put new learner drivers onto peak am bus routes. They are very slow, we get early buses for a reason. Our bus was over 20mins late this morning. I appreciate new drivers need to learn but just not during peak time.

My Grandson has been told he has to have at least $5 on his smartrider so his card remains active ,today 12.06.2024 he put $5 on his smartrider,today afterschool we checked balance and There is only 80c left on card ,we thought travel to and from school was free for students ,this is unacceptable and would like this issue resolved we live in Busselton WA

Customer complains about route 40 buses being consistently early or late, causing them to miss buses and be late for work. requests action from transperth.
Everytime it is the same thing. It is the Route 40 Morley to City and City to Morley. Buses are either late or earlier as per the timetable. Most of the time I miss the bus by the minutes because it's too early. And now in this cold, I have to wait for about 20mins to get the next one. I get late to work because the bus just went early, and the other comes late. I don't know how this managed, but since Route 40 came, we always get this problem before Transperth eliminated Route 55 and 44 I guess. Kindly doo something about it. It's either the drivers who are taking it for granted or the management is not doing their job properly. Either it's common people like us who suffer because we are late bother to get to work or home. I hope my plead will be taken into consideration. Thank you.

## Subject: Complaint Regarding Removal of 55 Bus Route (Bassendean) Dear Transperth, I am writing to express my strong disappointment with the recent change from the 55 bus route to the 45 route. As a resident of Bassendean for over 55 years, I have relied on the 55 bus for convenient access to the city and back. The new 45 route requires an additional transfer to a train, significantly increasing my travel time and inconvenience. I have difficulty with mobility and this change impacts many more seniors and people like myself who used to enjoy a direct bus service. Furthermore, there was no prior consultation regarding this significant change in service. I urge you to reconsider this decision and reinstate the 55 bus route. The current arrangement makes public transport a less viable option, especially for those who rely on it most. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Ken Cooper

Bus failed to pick up passengers 20m from stop, ran early and waited at next stop. customer seeks apology from transperth.
Bus failed to pick us up, even though we were 20 metres short of bus stop (20287). Route 507 to Bullcreek . Due at 10-41am. Bus was early, as we watched live feed where it waited a next timed stop 20415 for a number of minutes before continuing. The bus was running early, as we watched the live information where it sat for a number of minutes before continuing. Not a good public relations look.
