Customer lost iphone in uber, unable to get assistance from uber australia customer service, requesting help to contact driver for lost item.
I lost my iPhone on Uber yesterday. I contacted Uber Australia service line but it only servers drivers. We have to lodge the lost item through online service. I have lodged the online services for many times but no feedback at all. I can track my lost mobile through find iPhone travelling around every where in Sydney for 2 days. I have requested Uber service 1300091272 to contact my driver but they rejected as they think Uber customer service line only serve driver. I don’t understand how difficult for Uber Australia to contact their driver to just give me a call! Thanks a lot if someone can help me get the Uber diver give me a call back.

On 4 March 2024 at 13:30, an UBER driver parked in front of my mothers house (10 James Parade, Malvern East VIC) and dumped his coffee cup onto the street. I witnessed the incident and confronted the driver and asked him to pick it up and put it in his own bin at home. He picked it up and promptly left.

Uber subscribed me to their Uber One service without my consent nor approval. Uber has charged me a monthly fee since August 5th 2023, for a service I have not used. I have been overseas since July 2023 (in the Philippines due to family matters) where Uber is not an available ride share service. I have contacted Uber to request a FULL REFUND given I never subscribed to Uber One and they have only refunded me the last month's payment (January 2024).

First of all Uber deduct charges without permission and notifying. Second Uber drivers accept rides, ask to wait for 10min and then said to customer not coming cancelled the ride. As a customer I have to pay for my wasting of time and they bastards get free money

Nasty user drivers are not to be trusted! Time wasters making you wait then morons will cancel being incompetent because they cannot find your address! Also uneducated people cannot speak clear English and are very rude! I highly recommend now to use didi or olay!

We made a booking to a Brisbane international cruise terminal for 6 people with luggage. The drive knew the destination and the amount of people.
