Customer received damaged item, auspost admitted fault, replacement not delivered after multiple delays, tracking shows inconsistencies, customer frustrated.
It started with a motorcycle battery that I purchased from NSW to my address in Phillip Island Victoria. Arrived damaged and after phone calls to customer service they finally admitted fault. Then I had to contact the seller for a replacement battery that was sent on the 8th of May. After Australia Post changing the arrival date four times, I am still waiting 9 days later and still no parcel. When I checked the parcel tracking system, they have the parcel going in and out of their facility at Sunshine Victoria and at one stage it says the parcel was at South Australia Airport. To us it looks like they have lost it and should just say so. Just not good enough.

Item purchased and payed for 5/12/2023. Item picked up by Aust Post 7/12/2023. Item sat at Aust Post at Victoria location until complaint to Company item purchased from 15/12/2023. Item finally sent to Redbank Aust Post Centre. God Knows how long it will take to send the parcel from Redbank to the Underwood Address. Australia post should be ashamed of themselves taking this long to deliver. Considering it cost $21.77 for a small light parcel . I hope Aust post reconsider there application for an increase in postage costs. I would also hope that Aust Post will refund the postage cost that I have paid. Alister King .5 Belgrave Street. Underwood 4119.M 0413495021. Note. It is very bad that it takes this long to deliver a parcel when you are being payed the amount charged.

Today we had a very important document delivered to our address. It was express post pre paid and was marked "private and confidential" the documents were regarding our superannuation fund. The issue is it was just placed in our junk mail tube alongside our letterbox instead of in the letterbox. it easily went into out\r ;letterbox as we tried it. This isn't the first time that this has happened and also letters being left hanging out instead of making sure the are fully deposited into the letterbox. With all the identity theft and the like going on this sis something that should niot happen. can you please advise the appropriate persons to ensure this doesn't continue please. Complaint about AusPost's delivery of prescription medication and request for $1000 compensation and apology.
I had prescription medication delivered and it was left at the door because I was not home. Medicinal cannabis, legally, cannot be left in this way and must be handed to a member of that household. I rely on this medication but am worried I will have issues in the future.
