Customer seeks compensation, apology, and improvements to australia post's tracking system due to frequent delivery issues.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent delivery services provided by Australia Post. Despite being a loyal customer for several years, I have encountered significant issues with tracking the whereabouts of my parcels, which has resulted in frustration and inconvenience. On numerous occasions, I have encountered difficulty tracking the exact location of my deliveries through Australia Post's tracking system. The lack of accurate and up-to-date information has made it challenging to anticipate the arrival of my parcels, leading to missed deliveries and wasted time waiting for packages that do not arrive within the estimated timeframe. Additionally, the inability to precisely track the location of my parcels has raised concerns regarding the security and safety of my deliveries. Without accurate tracking information, I am left uncertain about the status of my packages and whether they have been delivered to the intended recipient or are at risk of being lost or misplaced. As a customer, I expect reliable and transparent delivery services that provide real-time tracking updates to ensure peace of mind and efficient delivery of packages. Unfortunately, the current tracking system employed by Australia Post falls short of meeting these expectations, resulting in a subpar customer experience. Today I was supposed to get a delivery and it had not turned up as yet. I contacted my local Post Office and they advised that they have not got it and it would be at Paget in Mackay. I sent my daughter in to Mackay, a 3 hour drive from here. She went to Bridge Rd Post Office and it was not there. She also went to Star Track Depot and it was not there. I was at my wits end as Wendy that I was also talking to from your tracking department via phone advised me that it was also in Paget. Anyway after contacting the sender and a lot of running around I finally went back to my local Moranbah Post Office and instead of going inside the shop I went to the back where I know they do the parcel deliveries. The star Track Parcel delivery man said he has not got it but took me to the other men that do the motor bike deliveries. Here we finally found the package. My team are working back late now to finalise this order for our customer that has to be sent tomorrow to Brisbane for a large company client. I will not be using the Post for this delivery because I can not guarantee that they will receive it in time for their occasion. I urge Australia Post to address these issues promptly and implement measures to enhance the accuracy and reliability of its tracking system. Improvements should include real-time tracking updates, improved visibility of parcel locations, and enhanced security measures to safeguard deliveries. Furthermore, I request compensation for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the unreliable tracking system, as well as assurances that steps will be taken to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further information. Customer complaint regarding undelivered birthday card, seeking resolution and apology from australia post.
I posted a birthday card on the 5th April 2024 at the red post box on Heathfield Road 5153, it was a local address that it was going too in Oakden 5083 it still has not arrived. I have tried to resolve this but have been told the post box is active and it will arrive when it arrives. Please can you resolve this issue I had put money in the card it was for a child. Customer seeks refund of $277.05 from australia post for unused money order due to covid-related circumstances. frustrated with long wait times and inability to access funds.
I obtained a Money Order for the sum of $277.05 and due to circumstances around covid etc, the money order was not used. I have since tried to obtain a refund with the local post office being able to see it in the system, although could not access the funds. The post office called a help line a number of times and was frustrated with wait times. They gave me the number and I was not able to get through by being placed on hold for 20+ minutes. The money order date stems back to 02/06/2021. I would appreciate a refund please.

I haven't received parcel which was delivered to my front door last Friday when nobody was at home, i received a parcel from the Company with a photo i worked at my Parramatta Office last Friday 19.4.2024, and drove straight up to Central coast to spend a weekend with my sick mum. My husband left last Monday for SA.

Delayed medication tracking Number - 34XKY349316301000960303 Dear Aus Post Can you please provide a status on my medication. You have delayed my medication, the parcel was confirmed sent to you on Tuesday 9/4/24 at 15:13, yet it has not moved on your part. Please urgently deliver my medication. You state 2-4 days, it’s already been 3 and not received at your depot. I cannot go without my medication and AusPost are Directly impacting my health by not being able to adhere to their delivery dates/timelines. Furthermore, all commutations to AusPosthave been severed including email to customerservice@auspost.com.au (this email does not work even though it is on your website), phone number terminates due to high number of calls (Its not a high number when it is the norm......) and chat services terminate the line before a response is received (I have email transcript to prove this) Your urgent attention to this matter is requested Please respond Jamie Carson

I’m awaiting a parcel that arrived in a Brisbane facility 13th November, and has been travelling up and down the country, through multiple facilities, multiple times. I raised an enquiry 24th November to have the parcel intercepted. It was scanned in NSW again Monday 27th @ 11:41 but was returned and processed in Brisbane until Friday 1st Dec. Since then I have had an additional two changes to delivery dates, because it hasn’t turned up and as of today it has still NOT arrived. It’s been yet another week sitting in Brisbane, doing what, I’m not sure. I understand there’s been an issue with the labeling, but I would’ve expected that after being intercepted it would be a PRIORITY to deliver. Instead there’s been little to no updates and more than 3 weeks from initially arriving in Bris it’s still not even showing as “coming today.” It’s appalling to have to wait this long. I need the item, I’ve been waiting on it and if it doesn’t show I’m going to have to repurchase elsewhere which is going to be $$$ out of my pocket. The inconvenience and frustration is next level.
