Customer seeking refund of shipment and inspection fees from c2c logistics after shipment held for 4 months with no updates.
They have held my shipment since 4 months asked me to pay fees for inspection and haven't respond to me after that and I haven't got any updates regarding my shipment. It has been their at the facility since 24 November 2023. And being a student it is really difficult for me to keep asking for updates and left out with no replies. I want my shipment back or the refund of my shipment as well as the fees refund that I paid for inspection.
