I ordered a meal from McDonalds Braddon through Menulog on the 12th March 2024. I was unable to get the meal due to the store being very busy. I waited 2hrs and was back and forth respectfully to the members on the chat. It took ages for them to cancel the order, as I kept stating just cancel it and send it back as credits to my menulog account so I can re-order at a less busy store. We kept going round in circles then I realized it was an intentional ploy to waste my time. The person stated that they would give be $10 voucher, to which I never received. I kept mentioning I want it as credits, not refunded to my card and out of spite, the person sent my funds back through my card. I kept the whole situation very white-collar. Unbeknownst to the person the refund was instantaneous with my visa anyways. 17th March 2024, I ordered some Chinese through menulog, Orient Kitchen@Dickson. The sweet and sour pork was not cooked thoroughly and had a very bad taste so I binned it. I've had the same dish from this place before and this time around it was an abhorrent risk to my health. I let menulog know that I wanted a refund of the $26.00 item to which they emailed me and said we can give you $10 of credit and I mentioned about the $10 of credit I didn't receive when I ordered McDonalds @Braddon through Menulog. He replied I can only offer a $10 voucher I cannot offer anymore vouchers. I replied with I wanted a refund. Menulog is soo dodgy I've used it a lot and I've noticed some of the tactics they employ. It's disgusting that they read from scripts constantly, and never go above and beyond. Furthermore they even use pseudonyms and appear with names that do not correlate to the person who is supposedly helping! Which is dodgy as heck and doesn't add any confidence to the consumers experience with the business especially when it infers they are trying to avoid any legal liabilities!

I have had more than 60 Menulog deliveries from April to January made on my account that i did not make and i cannot get hold of anyone to complain to. I have contacted my banks fraud department and was told to get a record from Menulog about the transaction but cannot find a phone number anywhere. My card has been stopped but i need this resolved.

Im a contractor with Menulog. Trying to change bank details. 1. Wont send me reset password option via text. 2. Have emailed them and has been a week and no response and based on previous experiences and other courier reviews I could be waiting months. 3. I sent it before my last pay but since there was no pay it was sent to my old account which is closed (meaning I will have to wait weeks to get cheque by mail and cash in)

My instrutions were to ring the doorbell on the front gate. The delivery person ignored the instructions and left my food delivery hanging on the front fence. All outside lights were on and the food was cold and inedible

I put in for an at Hungry Jacks Burrell with order number 3674-45186-6775 $63.95 and Menulog was meant to deliver my order and they never did. I want my refund of 63.95. Menulog on there website there is no where you can complain of there service.
