Customer seeks a$300 compensation from fedex for undelivered atm card, agent asking for extra money, causing stress to 73-year-old customer recovering from heart attack.
The delivery agent Mr Daily Hive was to deliver an ATM CARD to me at my home. He kept asking me for A$100 , three times and when he was in Cooma he was supposed to take a cab and come to my house in Bombala, NSW, AUSTRALIA TO DELIVER THE CARD. I waited for him all day and then he asks me for another A$100 as he wants to pay for his airfare to return to Sydney, Australia and he has not attempted to deliver the card but wants me to pay for part of his airfare. I still have not got the card he was supposed to have delivered and I am scammed A$300 I am 73 years old and have just been in hospital and have had a heart attack. I want compensation for the stress I have been put through.

Customer complains about receiving fraudulent messages from someone claiming to be from fed ex, requesting money for a package.
I have been receiving messages that say they have sent packages & money through Fed Ex from America to Australia & they want me to deposit $1500 Australian dollars into an account. I have rent Fed Ex world wide centre & they have no record of the employee or postal tracking number & I was told the company would ring me not contact me through What’s App which is how I was contacted to organise delivery. The person that was sending me the package was messing me on Facebook & the Telegram app & delete the Telegram account when I tried to ring them through the Telegram app & is only talking t me through Facebook now. The supposed Fed Ex employee was putting of giving me account details to pay for delivery & now is trying to give me two accounts to pay into if I can’t pay through one use another account. He said if I stuff hm around he would tack money out of the package before delivery & I had seven days to pick the package up, now his giving me the account details to pay for delivery he’s say I only have a limited time to pick it up & can’t wait from Friday to Monday because I can’t make it to the bank before work on Friday.

Customer unhappy with fedex service after acquisition of tnt. issues with payment allocation, unresponsive staff, lost consignments, language barriers in customer service.
We are a larger trader for international shipping. In the past we used TNT before they been aquired by FedEx. We know have to use the FEDEX service instead and its one disaster afte r the other. now we have been the 3rd time on stop trade as their Team seems to take a week to allocate payments. Staff in India thats outsourced to manage their accounting / payment tasks is not short of being hopeless. If you send emails to them they never reply and I can only say we are now looking at an alterative option for shipping . From lost consignments to missing paperwork and a Customer service team thats located in Malaysia with language barriers ! Terrible

I called FedEx Australia at 4:45pm and regarding a confusing clearance delay and was placed on hold for an hour and 15 minutes. At 6:00pm the call was terminated by FedEx. Earlier in the day, I attempted emailing, but was provided a chat bot who was unable to comprehend the query. FedEx Australia are a disgraceful organisation who treat customers with total disrespect and contempt.
