I got sent a message regarding I was caught for Fraud+Deception for no apparent reason...what should I do. It has affected me deeply...what outcome can be fixed about it please.

They let a company advertise who are clearly scammers

Facebook keeps sending my two-factor authentication code to my old number and won't give me any other way to log in. I also tried to turn off two-factor authentication and it keeps sending a code to my old number.

I've been locked out of my account because apparently someone tried to hack it. I've been in a dv relationship and recently my partner stole my phone so I had to delete my phone number and email from Facebook and Gmail so he couldn't change my passwords. Now i can't access my amounts because it's sending code to old number and whats app that I can't access. I've had the account 15 years and it's got a lot of my kids photos from when they were young.

My account was hacked,they sent me emails to see if i changed my email password and phone number. I responded No not me ! But no responce and still have a hacked fb account.

I want to disable the meta ai feature. It is not something I agreed to nor do I need a robot sending me notifications to my drop down bar outside of facebook. I have tried to disable the feature and have no success. This is not something I want as a feature on my facebook page at all. How do you turn off the feature?

I think this is absolute bullshit. I’ve been hacked. Somebody’s probably made a duplicate account of mine. I can’t access any of my data any of my conversations or things and I have been purchasing on marketplace. I need this resolved now as soon as possible. For reasons best known to yourself and not conveyed to me, you suspended my account. GOOD! Please continue to move forward with the suspension and I trust,subsequent PERMANENT CANCELLATION of my account

Why has my Facebook account been suspended

First, I’ve used your services before against Kogan, with a delayed item. I have also made a donation. I was happy! <br /><br />I have contacted the Privacy policy section of Facebook up to 10 times in the last 2 weeks and have gone through the supplying them a code to my email address to submit the request each time, before their reply of wanting me to send them full details of explanation and to get them to remove the 2FA (per privacy and data rights), so I can regain access to my account, but no further reply.<br />The following is what I INTEND to reply to FB, but am still receiving no reply to do so. I select 'need another way to authenticate?' link and I am presented with a dead end. None of those solutions are possible. First option is impossible, I do not have Facebook access on my phone since I reset almost everything on this phone, per an issue (also mentioned above). The other device option is also impossible as I mainly only use/d Facebook on my desktop computer.<br />4. There are no other solution options because none of the options mentioned above do anything. I need to remove 2FA or use another 2FA method like SMS or email. Otherwise, email and password ONLY! <br />I will supply several forms of ID to prove I am the rightful owner of this account, if asked.<br /><br />Thank you!
