Customer purchased tcl tv with google home issue, spent months with service department, unresolved problem, warranty expired, unhappy with customer service.
I bought a 40" TCL TV that right from the word go did not work with Google Home. I spent some time with the service depart ment trying to resolve the issue. I then gave up the service people were hopeless I must have loade 3 versions of the software with no result. I gave up. Recently I re-raised the issue under case TCL Case no. 317753. The to-ing and fro-ing has gone on for several months with the issue unresolved only now to be told that I have the warranty has expired. I still do not have a resolution. It appears the TCL has been dragging the time as they could not resolve the issue as I kept getting different service people asking for the same information. A VERY UNHAPPY TCL EX CUSTOMER IF YOY WOULD LIKE I CAN SEND YOU AT LEAST 20 EMAILS AND A TRANSCRIPT IF ALL THE MESSAGES

Customer bought a new tv with picture interference. tcl suggested antenna was the problem. customer fixed antenna but problem persists. customer unable to provide video recording as requested.
Bought a new 75" smart TV 24/12/2022,we have had picture interference and have been in touch with tcl regarding problem,has this problem is immmedately,since bought this TV,it was told that our antenna was the problem,so I had new Antenna fixed, a lot of costaand problem still there.Now telling me to take a video recording for them,Ive told them Im a aged pensioner,and dont have such phone to do so. ,problem is still happening, Im not getting the problem fixed,even after sending them a email telling them I can nto do what they requested from me,Case Number Refrence 280392. there has been many phone cals to tcl without action to recitfy my problem!
