Customer seeks machine replacement from lenovo due to multiple failed repair attempts, warranty coverage, and unhelpful acl team response.
Under warranty laptop had issues when closing the lid, raised the issue with Lenovo so sent a technician to repair. Technician replaced there motherboard but failed to repair the issue. Next day machine would not start. Lenovo sent another technician who replaced the camera and motherboard and failed to repair the issue (computer was temporarily closed as tech did not have so the necessary parts) Third technician was sent to replace the camera (again) there was a mismatch of parts and the technician could not repair the machine again. Lenovo has a policy of 3 repair attempts and the machine would be replaced do i asked for this. Lenovo, just now, asked for my invoice, which i don't have, though the machine is under warranty in their systems, proof by the fact they sent techs. Lenovo then escalated internally to the ACL team who, just refused to do any work whatsoever, even refused to return my machine to it's original form prior to them doing any work

Complaint about sleep mode issue with Lenovo laptop, seeking $1097.00 refund and pick up of the laptop.
Purchased new Lenovo laptop 27/1/2023 (SN PW04AHP5). Lenovo agreed to provide a refund in April 2023 after sleep mode issue. DOA number 2011649982 (Case 2012321395 CRM:001340000000793). Have been trying to get Lenovo to pick up the laptop since then with no luck. No response to manager escalation/formal complaint complaint sent 29/10/2023. Currently overseas so no phone. Email best. Address provided is laptop pick up address.

Customer seeks refund from lenovo for faulty laptop purchased from harvey norman, despite multiple repair attempts and continued issues.
I bought a brand new Lenovo yoga slim laptop from Harvey Norman now being 5 months ago. One month ago it started making a strange noise only 4 months owning it. I took it back to Harvey Norman to be repaired which took 2 weeks. The day that I picked it up, both fans had been replaced. I took it home and as soon as I turned it in it still was making a strange noise, overheating, and smelling electrical. I took it back that same day after having done so now twice, in order to get a refund or replacement. It has now been three weeks since and the only news I have heard is that Lenovo is being very reluctant to refund me and saying that they have repaired it once again. I would like a refund.
