Harness near bottom left fridge door heater flap broken. Attempted repairs but is too close to the fridge door to be reliable in the long term. Unit requires left fridge door with harness inside to resolve fault

Customer seeks compensation for faulty dryer, wall damage, and poor service from fisher & paykel australia, demanding resolution.
I brought a Fisher & Paykel dryer and it hasn’t worked properly for the past year. I have warranty still on it so I called my warranty to arrange a technician to look at it. A Technician came and accessed it then had to re book the job for two technicians to come and take the dryer physically out of the house to the garage to do the necessary work that they thought it needed. As my dryer sits on top of my washing machine like all washers and dryers are set up these days when they removed it the slip mat has obviously came off and fell off. When they put the dryer back on they didn’t put the slip mat on so it wasn’t left how they found it. I didn’t know this and the technician left saying only one function out of ten work and it was fixed? I dried towels for 7 hours the following day and they were still wet. I took them out to try clothes and 1 hour later heard a big bang and thump coming from the laundry to find my dryer on its side through the wall. Never in my whole time of 15 years has a dryer fallen off but clearly given one function to use and also no slip mat put back in place I’m left with a dryer that still doesn’t work and a hole in my laundry wall which is a rental so not ideal. After several calls and investigations Fisher & Paykel have pretty much told me it’s not there problem? This was all from a warranty call out to fix my dryer and now I’m left with a dryer that doesn’t work which I paid $1600 for a damaged wall that is thousands of dollars out of my pocket. Very unprofessional and sloppy work. I would never buy that product again as they don’t care about their consumers at all. I will be making sure this is resolved as they can’t get away with what they have done.

Rust appearing on freezer and fridge doors of fisher pkyel fridge, purchased 5 years ago. wants replacement.
I have a fisher pkyel two door fridge in dark stainless steel It was purchased about 5 years ago at a considerable amount to us In the last 12 to 10 months I have noticed small specks of RUST at first appearing only on the freezer door But now those specks have grown into large blobs all over freezer door and are now appearing on fridge doors Very unhappy as my husband and I are pensioners now and would find the expense to replace a fridge Very difficult This fridge was purchased as a fridge to last us much longer than 5 years Very disappointed with quality The doors have never been cleaned with any harsh cleaning Product

Customer is complaining about broken knobs on their fisher & paykel oven and is requesting a replacement.
I have a fisher & paykel oven and every single one of the knobs is broken, even the ones I don’t use… they were essentially broken from the day I got them. <br /><br />Initially I wasn’t worried about it, however have just looked and they’re around $80 to replace which seems excessive for something that seems to be made to a poor standard and breaks with a small amount of use. <br /><br />Can you please replace them?
