Customer seeking refund for overpaid premiums, unable to contact racq insurance with bank details, requesting resolution for policy 53908183pl.
You sent me a notice about insurance refund request regarding overpaid premiums. I have tried to contact you with my bank details and nothing has happened. Then I got another letter on 15th March and I have tried again through the site you sent - however none of your suggestions met my request. So this is my only avenue to notify you. Regarding Policy 53908183PL Policy Holder Herman and Marie Bakker same on our account at BCU. BSB 533000 Account No 191157. Many thanks

Customer seeks $160 refund from racq insurance due to delays and poor service at recommended smash repair shop.
My car has been sent to a smash repair that was recommended by RACQ. Seven days ago, the smash repairs informed the car was not ready due to loss of power for two days. On the 12th of June I was informed that car would be ready at 3:30 and left work at 2pm to pick up car. On my way to pick up car a call come through saying that the ECM needs to be programmed would call back with the hire car not ready and no delay on my end I would like an explanation on why the car needed ECM to be reprogrammed as the damage was at back quarter and mirror. I have spoken to my brother in-law as he was the Queensland manager of RACQ for many years with his own smash repairs stated that RACQ need to request a full refund of $160 for car hire from smash repair as it is not my delay. I question the power shortage for two days due to it took seven days to call to inform me car was ready to be picked up at 3:30 followed with EMC delay that my partner also a spray painter by trade has rebuilt holden motors and wants to know why RACQ would recommend a place I have been told by locals after inquiring that the smash<br /> repairs feedback is rated low with many customers not happy. I have also been informed by RACQ that they have been unable to contact workshop for three days with the smash repair not answering my calls, sister all afternoon is outrageous very poorly run leading me to want answers from smash repair as I am unable to contact the I would like my car removed and work done check with itemised account and car hire delay refunded.
