Customer unhappy with youi's lack of communication regarding claim, causing stress and affecting job. needs clarity on car repair or write-off.
Not happy with youi as to my claim, always trying to make a phone call or an email to get some information. It affects my job & I'm always stressing to find out some answers. I need to know if youi is going to fix my car or ride it off. I need to know as I need a car for my job as I'm a community support worker.

Customer's car has been waiting for assessment since april 10th, despite being told it would be assessed within 5-10 days. seeking resolution from youi.
My car has been in an accident on the 10th of April and it has been in the holding yard waiting for an assessor, it is now the 24th of April and still no confirmation when an assessor will assess my car. I was told that it will be assessed between 5-10 days and still no confirmation, in the mean time I'm not getting any results from Youi.

Customer complains about youi insurance cancelling their father's car insurance without notice, causing financial devastation and emotional distress.
In early 2022 youi insurance cancelled my father's insurance on the car he drives ,he farther is power of attorney for my grandmother who is in a nursing home right now ,with out notice youi cancled the policy on the car in 2022 I beleave out of being shamed into paying back a excess that was long over due , now farther also suffers from a cognitive impairment and struggles to keep track of such things ,how ever that's now what you have insurance for ? It's there to cover you in case of an emergence to cover you if you ever need it now youi has taken 7 years of premiums out of my family then deviously sent a lip wristed email to a email account they where almost certain was not being monitored, seems very devious and moroly reprehensible , It's left him lost , bewildered injured with out any support ,financially devastated most certainly very upset and anxious about using any youi product ever again

Customer's car was not assessed as promised by youi, instead found being auctioned off without consent. seeking resolution for fraudulent activity.
CLAIM NUMBER 60850924 I've been told an assessor is coming out to see my car which was in an accident on the 10th of April, the assessor reviewed the car on the 12th. The car was at Collisioncare Pty Ltd Towing, inspected on the 12th, I was told that the car will need another assessment, I have been calling multiple times and have been told by YouI customer service that the car is going to be assessed, it is now the 24th of April and still no assessment, I've been calling daily for an update and have not had any feedback from Youi. I have conducted some investigation and have seen my car currrently being held in MANHEIM AUCTION YARD in MOOREBANK SYDNEY NSW. the car is being auctioned off, without my conscent, there is a lot of deception and lies been fed to me that the car will be assessed, but the car is being autioned off. I have not been told 1 bit of truth by Rickus who is assigned to my claim. This is fraudulent activity, and needs to be addressed. The YouI service desk cannot provide me any information and was shocked when I told them I saw my car being held in the Manheim auction yard, ready for auction. This has been conducted without my consent, and it is illegal. I am waiting for a response and all I'm being told is that my car will be assessed. Need to get to the bottom the assessors name is Chris Ogden.

Customer seeking cost of car hire and apology from youi after being told they have to pay for it despite previous agreement.
In car park someone scratched my car, because its small amount, I will paid the cost of repair but while my car in repair shop (2 days) you were agree to pay cost of car hire, matter of fact up to (6) days but I received call from your office on 20/07/2024 lady after asking her manager said, no you have to pay for it, I have received email from your office few days ago clearly states that you arranged the car for (2) days cost to YOUI. what I don't understand is; last time I talk to your office I had same problem, but when she checked the previous info in her computer and said, yes I will receive free car hire. If this information already in your computer why I have to go through same explanation over and over each time I get a call from your office? Just for your information I hadn't have a car accident (50) years and never claimed anything but only once wind shield.
