Customer complains about the late arrival and unprofessional behavior of the assessor, requesting authorization for repairs with only 1 excess payment.
With your company has always been satisfactory.\I have been a customer of yours for a considerable time.and all my experiences have been less than satisfactory Unfortunately, I would have to say in this instance my experience is anything but satisfactory. First of all the assessor failed to arrive on time to the appointment . I was not given the courtesy of being informed he could not keep the original appointment time nor the reason why. The assessor informed the panel beater he would be there in another hour..On his arrival the assessor failed to have the good manners to introduce himself as a representative of your company As you are aware All I know is I parked my car in Warriewood Square and on my return there was damage to both sides of the car . I feel that the inspector had made up his mind about my claim before having seen both sides of my car... The impression that the assessor had predetermine the veracity of my claim.before speaking to me ot the panel beater or inspecting the damage. In view of my rather unprofessional treatment I respectfully ask you to authorise the repairs to both sies of my vehicle based on only 1 excess payment.

Customer complains about being blacklisted by real insurance for declining policy auto-debit, wants an explanation from hollard.
The above Policy was taken out 9/01/2023 with Real Insurance. Real Insurance like may of the other Hollard Brands defaults their insurance products to AUTO-DEBIT renewal of insurance annually. As a savvy consumer, I review all my insurances annually to see; they are value for money, meet my changing needs, permit me to find alternative insurance that does. Afterall it is my money and I can choose what I want when I want. That being the case, when I took out the above policy, I instructed Real Insurance to turn-off auto-debit. On 2/01/2024, we spoke to Real Insurance to obtain a quote for the next 12 months. WE HAVE BEEN TOLD WE ARE BLACKLISTED AND CANNOT BE OFFERED INSURANCE BY REAL INCURANCE OR HOLLARD OTHER BRANDS. The reason stated is because we declined policy auto-debit. Absolutely absurd a Consumer is being disallowed to make a choice of Insurance Company and that insurance is being declined because I have the audacity to manage my own affairs. I am affording Hollard to explain within 7 days before taking this mater.
