Customer seeking resolution for approved claim now declined by builder's report, awaiting response from manager at woolworths insurance.
Claim number 969-03-000666 was approved on the 9th of April with a text message that someone will call me to pay for the excess than got a call on Friday the 3th of may that my claim has been declined by the builder's report and will talk to the manager in charge and get back to me l don't know when.

Customer seeking 2 final cash settlements from woolworths insurance for building repairs, frustrated with delays impacting special needs children's health.
Our claim has been going 9th December 2023, have had numerouse calls emails and still not resolved, have had 2 visits from builders and electricians but still waiting on 2 final cash settlements, asking for cash settlements as there is no way we want to wait another 6 months for building repairs i have 2 special needs children - 1 very ill and this has been dragging out forever, need my house fixed expecially to avoid further infections with my son with Cystic Fibrosis, this is a joke i am on the phne again , last week was over an hour and i hung up lets see what happens this week ! claim no 96902001770
