Customer seeks 1 month payment relief from canon due to financial hardship and cancellation of printer contract leading to mental stress.
Dear Canon, I have been in hardship running my small business since december 2023. I have been late on payments, and have communicated well with Canon, and balanced what I can when I can. Today, to add more mental stress and anxiety as I keep trying to progress forward, Canon has canceld my printer contract, and sent me off to your legal team to demand huge payout. Canon sold me a product more expensive than what I was on previously with Konica. I feel pressued into this agreement and liek all other providers have allowed payment pause or hardship, Cannon has not and continue to disapoint. I want the agreement to be reinstated and 1 month payment releif to avoid any further mental stress.XS1D200030 FOALE GROUP PTY LTD TERMINATION
