Your PlayStation Support Case 28063169<br /><br />My account had been hijacked with 2 step verification being disabled without my consent the sign in ID was changed. I contacted PlayStation support and gave them the relevant info for my identification and was told 2 days and they will get back to me, didn’t hear anything after the 2 days so I called they said they didn’t get the info they needed so I provided it again waited a week and called again to be told they were not sure why it was talking so long but they will raise it again and someone will get back to me, it’s been about 7 weeks since I have lost access to my account and it has attempted to charge me for subscriptions I have called at least once a week to find out what is happening only to be told they will raise it again and someone will contact me only to get no response <br />I have also emailed them on the same email chain I sent the info/first request on and no response there ethier.<br /><br />I have had the account for over 10 years and spend hundreds of not thousands on that account

Customer frustrated with inability to change account region, facing delays and data loss, seeks resolution and apology from PlayStation.
Not happy that I can’t change my account to Australia, nothing works I can’t buy PlayStation now or any online content unless I use my old English bank account that takes 2 working days to transfer money into it also making it more expensive. It’s the most stupid setup in the world and these so called PlayStation experts can’t give me an explanation as to why this system is in place. All I want is to change my account from English and Australia so it’s setup right, the only way I can get round it is to lose all my years of data and set up a new account as they also do not allow you to transfer your account data to a new account. So whatever way you try to do it PlayStation just stop you from doing it, I expected better from Sony.
