Customer's flight was cancelled during covid. qatar offered a credit, but did not inform customer that the credit would expire.
My booked flight was cancelled during COVID. Qatar cancelled the service and offered me either a refund or a credit. I requested the credit as I wanted to use the ticket to travel at a later date. I have now gone to book and they say that my credit has expired. They issued no reminders to inform me that the credit would expire.
