Customer requests prompt assistance when needed to prevent potential injuries.
I was loading very heavy products into my ute, more than 1 employee ignored my request for help, it was lucky I did not receive a injury loading something that requires 2 people lift.

Customer had issue with special order at bunnings, staff left before 5pm. suggested better communication or training for staff.
At 1645 I visited Midland Bunnings store and wanted to put a special order through. At the Spesial order desk lady informed that everyone who could do that already went home, at the trade desk no one knows how to do that as well and recommended me to come back tomorrow before 5pm. Suggestions: At least mention this information somewhere so that people would not waste time in evening or train staff how to do special orders. Or at least do proper supervision so that staff actually stays until promised time.

Customer seeking $220 refund and apology from bunnings for failed online order, resulting in purchasing chairs at higher cost from store.
I ordered 3 chairs online and the Bunnings system failed. I rang customer support and the lady said that the returns desk at Munno para west would help. Together we placed the order again. My $112 x2 is somewhere between Bunnings and my bank. I need the chairs to stage our home ready to sell. The photographer will be here Friday- so I brought home the sane chairs for $110 each from the actual store. Total cost $330 as compared to my twice lost 6 chairs at $34 each on line. The funds have left 2 of my financial institutions but for some glitch in Bunnings the payments didn’t go through. So I am seeking a refund of $220 for the free chairs I brought home from the store in keeping with Bunnings price match promise and I will wait with baited breath for the remaining $204 lost in cyber banking space. I have exchanged many emails with customer support now they have fobbed me off to you. I am very unhappy about what I can only describe as bother a circus and a nightmare. Customer unhappy with lack of communication and service from bunnings regarding online order delivery, seeking apology and better experience.
Ive ordered with Bunnings online for a couple of years now, theres never been any issues with orders, and Im not someone to complain unless I feel unfairly treated. This last order done on Friday 14th June, 2024 is the reason for my contact with you. Usually my order delivery times are made transparent via emails and texts, I only received one invoice with a tracking no. Saturday 15th, saying my order had been packed. Monday 17th, I tracked my order and it said that it had been rejected as it wasnt safe to leave it there. Prior orders it was made clear when they were arriving, and they have in the past left the items on the doorstep when I didnt answer. The delivery person didnt knock, we were home all weekend and Monday also, so I followed up by calling the Adelaide Airport Bunnings. The girl I spoke to said the online order people werent available but they would call me back later in the day, and confirm that they had re-issued my order. I didnt receive a call back so I called the 1300 number to make enquiries but after being on hold for 40 minuted, I decided to hang up and called the Adelaide airport Bunnings again. The guy said they would re-send my order on Tuesday, but there was no apologies for the mix up. Tuesday 18th June, I hadnt received an email about another order being sent, so I then spoke to Hayley on the online chat. I wasnt annoyed or angry in my conversation with Hayley, but I did feel like she wanted the cut the conversation short, and was asking me if I want to talk to management about It ?? I said to her that I just wanted to find out about my order, not make complaints or go higher up, and I said that the delivery experience was disappointing. She then, cut me off the chat, while I was still typing. I then rang the Adelaide airport bunnings and Hayley had spoken to them, the woman I spoke to there told me that Hayley had put in her notes that I was extremely annoyed?? Im not sure how telling an online operator that I was disappointed with the delivery drivers service would be seen as an angry customer. To be honest, i found these comments to a customer, inappropriate and unfair, when I should have received better service and an apology. Im unable to phsically go to Bunnings and have relied on your service for a long time now, I do not get angry and complain as a rule, but I found the whole experience to be unfair. I did receive my order on Tuesday, and I wouldnt have minded waiting for it, it was just the communication about the order and feeling like I was given the runaround was disappointing. Its put me off feeling confident about doing online orders in the future, unfortunately. Thankyou for reading my concerns. Riannon Spehr.

Hey Guys I had a spare key cut Bunnings and it didn’t work which meant I was locked out at night time. I had to call out a locksmith to get into my home which cost me $250. The locksmith also confirmed that this key had not been cut very well. I'm struggling finically at the moment and would like full compensation as that should have worked.

Customer purchased faulty vacuum from bunnings, staff claimed it was working properly. unhappy with service and inconvenience, seeking apology and resolution.
Hi, I have a ryobi stick vacuum cleaner I bought from Bunnings Bunbury. Soon afterwards it made strange noises when I tried to use it. It took some time to return it as I couldn't find the receipt. I took it in yesterday with the receipt and upon testing the staff deemed it was working properly. I commented that occasionally it appears to. They commented that I didn't put it together properly. I explained that I would be unhappy if I took it home and it happened again. They commented I could just bring it back. I also asked how long the warranty was valid for. I tried to use it this morning to no avail,the 'flapping' sound continued. Not only am I unhappy about the vacuum not working and the inconvenience but also the attitude of the staff and having to spend some time complaining on an app that was difficult to use. Hi team on the 20/5/2024 At Bankstown store 3.8 pm when I was buying Gap filler I ask an old man his about 70 years of age his name James is that for the window used or for something else the reply from him it was unprofessional answer read what it says and kept walking I said really you answer not helpfully at all and he reply Realy ! That’s was not nice at all from one of the store stuff getting paid to help people most of the people go to Bunnings they are not building experience like me.
