I’ve had a shocking experience recently with total tools. I’ve had to return two items in the last month that were brand new and had issues from the beginning. My rigid copper cutters seized after a month and had to be returned. I then purchased the milwaukee inox cutters for $300 and they’ve been damaging the pipe and not cutting 25mm copper like they are supposed to. I contacted the store multiple times and couldn’t be told whether this was normal or not. <br /><br />I was told they would speak to a rep and get back to me the following day. I was never contacted. I had to find time to go in to the store (eltham store) a week later. I struggle to find time during the week to make it to the store and don’t have time to waste on this nonsense. I would have expected better from total tools and I would like to be compensated for my time wasted returning to the store, and the inconvenience of being able to use the tool I spent significant money on. <br /><br />I haven’t felt as though total tools has supported me well with the issues I’ve had with the products they’ve sold me. <br /><br />Timothy white. 0431113650
