Customer ordered coffee table, marked as delivered without delivery attempt, signed by someone else. promised refund not received, poor customer service.
I ordered a coffee table for over $500. At first, it was marked as delivered when no delivery attempt was made. Next, I noticed that it had been signed for by someone that was not me. Then, I asked for proof of delivery with a photo outside of my apartment (which they said they could provide) but then they changed their mind and said they didn't have one. They then agreed to a refund, this was totally fine. It's now been about a month and no refund has come through, I've been on livechat with an AI robot that doesn't work and gaslights you, spoken to 1 human who stopped responding, and now I can't get in touch anymore. This has wasted my time, and being without the money for a month has left me short of cash. I want the refund I was promised a month ago and compensation for the trouble.

Customer upset with temple & webster for incorrect delivery notifications, lack of communication, and leaving lounge outside in bad weather.
I was advised of delivery date twice by Temple and Webster… I was on my way to work when I received a text stating that my order was going to be delivered today? 3/6/24. I have text to confirm this by Temple and Webster. One stating it would be delivered after the 12th??? I rang your office when I got to Work and was advised that I needed to call Allied directly which I did. I was told by Allied that she would pass my number on to the driver and that she would ask the driver to call me as I asked for it not to be left until I was there to receive it. My notifications from T &W were incorrect or I would have been there. I did not receive a call back and instead received a text stating that my order had been delivered! This was a lounge left on my door step close to road and in very overcast weather. I had to leave my work to come back to bring it inside. Needless to say I’m really not happy that this happened. I buy regularly from you.

Customer received coffee table with missing hardware, contacted customer service, was told missing parts dispatched but no tracking number given. offered $30 credit for bunnings purchase.
I ordered a coffee table table and received it with missing hardware. I reported this and was told that they would dispatch the missing hardware to me. Since I am still waiting without hearing a word from you, I spoke to Sage .. got put to Lynni I was told they the missing parts were dispatched on the 6th July. But no tracking number. It was suggested to me that I buy the hardware from Bunnings and that I would get a $30 credit. How do I know what to ask for at Bunnings for the missing parts for this coffee table. Before I could reply about this the chat was ended. THis is giving me a BIG HEADACHE.I AM NOT HAPPY

I bought a queen bed frame a couple of months ago. It is very squeaky whenever we sit on it or move around at all. I would like to return the bed and have a refund.
