Customer seeks replacement and apology from electrolux for faulty induction cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. urgent response needed for cooking solution.
Our Induction cooktop EHD90230P is not working, contacted Customeer Service and followed instructions, still not working, found the model has been replaced with EHI935BA but it is SOLD OUT, what do I do now? It is set in a Caser stone benchtop which cannot be cut and all other cooktops I have researched are deeper. YOu need to replace or come up with a solution, can be normal electric if not induction. as I am currently cooking in an electric frypan. Also the micrtowave is hopeless and has shocking reviews, the knob keeps turning and takes ages to get a result, we have just been putting up with it for years. We put in only electrolux when we built this house and the dishwasher had to be replaced within 2 years (only 2 mature people here, not a family so not much wear and tear) So thats 3 out of 5 products that have let us down. Please get back to me quickly so I can sort something out for cooking/ I need replacements

Art verhagen seeks $165 and an apology from electrolux for a service call refund issue, with disputed part number and lack of acknowledgment.
My name is Art Verhagen and I contacted Electrolux customer care on the 5 March 2024 for a refund of a service call W240105000 on the 13/01/24 to which we have received an initial reply on the 6/03/2024 (Ticket No 9638560) stating that the " Invoice still stands chargeable" We disputed the claim and provided answer to other email replies to which Electrolux continued to advise that they cannot see that they were at fault and hence they continue to advise they will not refund the $165 or even acknowledge any of our concerns. The main issue now is that the part we had installed is the same part that is available from Electrolux and as we explained previously. Had the service man looked at the power board, rather than just the front of the oven, he would have noted it was part no. 387673003 (not the part no. you quoted). On your site Electrolux POWERBOARD - OVC2000 DUAL CAV (8583876730083) is listed as a replacement part for this power board (refer to Specifications section… Superseded Part(s) 387134403, 387673008, 387673003 )

Customer had a negative experience with a technician and customer service representative from electrolux. they are seeking a diagnostic manual and will not purchase from the company again.
I had an appointment today with a technician to fix my fridge. The technician Vincenzo walked off the job after being condescending and arrogant towards me as I tried to explain the issues with the fridge. He asked what was wrong with the fridge but did not want to listen to the answers and belittled me like I am dumb and know nothing about fridges which is incorrect. I called the company to complain and was told a supervisor would call me. I was also told they could send me a diagnostic manual as the fridge has a smart computer. Next I received an email where they had booked me in a week later without talking to me first. As food is perishing in my fridge this is not okay. Eventually I got a hold of Narelle Cook, not a supervisor but a customer service rep, apparently my complaint was ‘escalated’ to her. She showed little care for my business and told me I could go elsewhere whilst talking over top of me and first telling me the diagnostic manual doesn’t exist as my fridge is 7 years old but then telling me it is a work health and safety issue to provide it to me. 1. I don’t believe they just destroy manuals when they stop making fridges. The fridges are still in circulation so that would be negligent. 2. There is no work health and safety issue as it is a few buttons inside the fridge. I can purchase a whole manual for any car I own with detailed instructions on every part and how to fix it myself. This is far more complicated than a few buttons on a screen so the rational is flawed. Narelle was extremely rude on the phone and really showed they do not care about my business at all. She told me to take them to Fair Trading for all she cares. The resolution I want is to be provided with the diagnostic manual. I have a right to understand every working part of my fridge. I will call another technician as I do not wish to deal with these people again and I will never buy their product again. By the interaction with these two people representing the company the whole company unfortunately comes across as arrogant like they think no-one knows anything about.

Customer seeks repair costs and apology from electrolux for faulty frigidaire stove not covered by recall, despite company acknowledging appliance is faulty.
We have an Electrolux product (Frigidaire stove) the element inside the stove caught fire. We were looking for a part when we received a letter from company about a recall. The stove we have is on the recall list so made a call, set up appointment and when technician came out we are told that because it was not the part that was on the recall they would not fix it, that we would have to pay for part and repair. The recall paperwork states that the company knows that the appliance is faulty but they will not take responsibility and fix oven. We request that the company provide us with the necessary repairs for this problem.
