Customer booked flights through aunt betty, only to find out later that there was no checked baggage included. seeking $2000 compensation.
I have just recently booked a flight through skyscanner which diverted me to Aunt Bettys. My daughter is flying to LAX for a competition and we worked hard to fundraise the money for the flights. After booking the flights I just received confirmation and it is saying that no checked in baggage!! I called aunt bettys and was advised they do not know if there is baggage included until flights are booked! I called fiji airways and was advised it is a lite flight with no baggage. I paid $3K for these flights - I have used all the fundraising money, and to purchase baggage I would have to pay almost another $2K. To say that I am annoyed would be an understatement. $2000 for baggage! I could have saved money had I not gone through Aunt Bettys. I will be looking at taking this further because this is crazy! I want to be compensated! because it should advise that it is the lite option! so, this can be avoided - and then to be told "oh no sorry we don't really know until we get confirmation on our end" are you serious? I called and spoke with Polo? who advised me that its basically gamble! this is a joke! i need this sorted!

Hi. I bought 2 business class tickets for myself, Fiona Kennedy and my husband, Lance Carr, one way from Colombo Suri Lanka to Sydney, for 19th December 2024, yesterday. Sky Scanner website took me to Aunt Betty's website and I went through the booking and paid $4493.16. My credit card was debited, but I received no confirmation, ticket, receipt or anything. In fact the website took me back to pay again, although I had received the NAB security code. My credit card has been debited by Aunt Betty and I can't find a way to contact them. Can you help me? Customer seeking $528 refund for extra legroom seats not provided on malaysia airlines flights to heathrow via kuala lumpur.
My daughter and I bought return flights to Heathrow airport via Kuala Lumpur flying with Malaysia Airlines.Choosing our seats We paid for extra legroom on the flights between Kuala Lumpur and London. When booking in however these seats were already taken and we had to have any regular seats still available. The staff said that our chosen seats were not extra legroom seats anyway which we had paid for. This happened on our return flight as well. The staff advised us to seek a refund. I have all relevant documentation and am seeking a refund of $528 which is what we paid for extra legroom. They are very long flights and we both felt very disappointed not to have the extra legroom.

Customer booked air tickets through aunt betty with correct names, but agency entered names incorrectly. seeking correction and apology from aunt betty.
I booked air tickets for family of four with correct names as the passports through Aunt Betty Travel Agency . They made our booking names wrong by putting first name and middle name all lump together without spaces . I contacted Cathy Pacific in whatsapp, they suggested me to contact Aunt Betty Travel Agency to correct those names as travel agency has control over it .

Hi there, We booked flight ticket from Aunt Betty with Turkish Airline - return ticket from Melbourne to Tehran via Istanbul. See eticket details below. Rudd-Mary Eticket No: 2356627688783 Rudd-Neli Eticket No: 2356627688784 With war situation was going on a couple of weeks ago between Iran & Israel, we decided to cancel our flight with a full refund (knowing that our ticket was not refundable, but it was a safety issue that we couldn't travel). we sent an email to Aunt Betty and asked them to cancel it with a full refund but instead they look cancel it without consulting it first with us. we have tried called them more than 15 times and every time, they give us a time frame to call us back or email us with the outcome, but they never did, and this has been affected us emotionally and not knowing if we can travel with my husband who is also have the same flight with different retune date. The area looks safe at least for now and we're planning to go ahead with our flight. what we really need to get out of this issue is to disregard the cancellation request and send us the confirmation email original ticket without further charge please.
