Customer seeking 1600 gbp from lastminute.com due to lack of information on travel credit expiration, reference number, and delayed response.
LastMinute sent an email saying I had a travel credit following a cancellation. However, no reference or redemption deadlines were provided. When I tried to redeem the credits, it took several attempts to obtain a response, which was the credit was expired. LastMinute failed to provide the relevant information about expiration date, about reference number and timely response to my requests. As a result, I am still > 1600 GBP out of pocket.

Customer seeks refund and apology from lastminute.com for being charged twice for 3 air tickets, unsatisfactory customer service, and rude supervisor.
I booked 3 air tickets and charged me twice in two different transactions. Customer service was unable to assist me saying it is not their fault. The last person I talked with who claimed he is the supervisor was rude and said it is not his problem. I need to escalate this to someone who responsible and I won't be using this site in future.

Customer frustrated with LastMinute.com for not changing a disgusting hotel despite availability, causing stress before the holiday.
I booked a package holiday with this company to find the hotel I booked is disgusting and asked them to change my hotel they asked me to name a new hotel and when I do they just tell me its unavailable on my dates yet I can go on there website and booked my dates myself so why are they telling my they are unavailable when they are not. It is getting nearer to my holiday and I am now getting stressed about going and not enjoying it. I just want them to change my hotel.
