Delayed flight, requested refund, waiting over 4 months, seeking full refund and apology from my trip.
I booked air tickets via my trip and I've got an email that due to technical issues with the plane, my flight will be delayed for 2 days in the country of transit (Malaysia), I've also been advised that I can cancel my flights and apply for a refund for one way or both ways if I don't want to stay two days in transit. Therefore, I've applied for a refund for both ways. But it's now been over 4 months and I'm still waiting for the refund. I've rang My trip many times and have been told that my refund status has been approved and I'll receive my refund soon but still haven't got the refund yet.

Customer seeks refund and apology from mytrip for cancelled flights 7 months ago, struggling to get refund due to original card requirement, causing stress and upset.
Hello, mytrip cancelled my flights from Phuket to Brisbane 7 months ago and still have not refunded me. I've made several calls emails etc and still waiting for this refund. I have explained I no longer have the visa card I paid for with it and that my new card details will be required for my refund to go into. They couldn't take the card details and said they may not be able to give me my money back because it has to be the original card. I got very upset about this and said it's my money and they have to give it back to me either by cheque or by sending it to my new number. They have made it a priority for someone to get back to me. This is so very upsetting as I'm a pensioner and have mental health challenges. I'm so stressed by the treatment I've been given. I complained to the ombudsman but haven't heard anything from them either. Please help me

Seeking $414 refund from mytrip for changed jetstar flights, need refund to new card due to bank ownership change.
I booked a flights through Mytrip to Tasmania in 2023 to travel in January 2024 with Jetstar airlines. Jetstar changed the flights and I could no longer travel with those changes. I took up the offer of a refund and went through a a process with Jetstar to retrieve the costs of the tickets over $414.00. After lengthy discussion on Jetstar chat platform with Jetstar they referred me to Mytrip as the booking agent. Jetstar have said they refunded the money to Mytrip but MyTrip say they have not received it.<br />I need help resolving this situation as the two parties, Jetstar and MyTrip, are not conversing over this matter and I am left without the refund. The refund needs to be returned to a new card number as my bank has changed ownership since making the ticket purchase. I have supporting paperwork for this change.
