Customer seeking $200 refund from bedshed due to missing part, gap between mattress and frame, and poor after-sale service.
Bought a bed frame and a mattress had to wait a couple of weeks when arrived a part was missing lady in tuggerah store brought it to me bed and mattress was put together too much gap 2 inches between mattress and frame Jackie said it’s for fingers to make the bed I didn’t like that as frame was hitting my shin its a Asher frame i do like the mattress but they are coming to take the bed back and charging us $200 of the price we paid. Terrible after sale service to us pensioners.

Customer ordered queen size bed, received king size instead. store refuses to help. seeks to swap for correct size with additional payment.
They sent the wrong size bed! After searching online on my phone for a particular model, queen size gaslift bed from Bed Shed one appeared as available and so I purchased it. I was not asked to select a size and presumed at all times that it was queen, as that was what I had entered into the search parameters. Also, the price I was asked to pay was the advertised price for the queen bed. I was then emailed a receipt that confirmed all details but did not include the size. I had no cause to think I wasn’t getting a queen size. I specifically searched for and ordered a queen size because my expensive new mattress and bed linen are queen size. <br /><br />The bed was delivered to me last Saturday in unmarked flat pack boxes (with no instructions or paperwork). I began assembling it. Upon completion I placed my queen size mattress on it and found the bed to be oversized. When I called Bed Shed they informed me that I had ordered a King Size online and now there was nothing that they would do to help rectify. They even offered to sell me another queen bed on top of the one I had just bought. The store manager was very rude, aggressive, and repeatedly blamed me without showing any sympathy or accepting any type of responsibility for the mistake in ordering or delivering.<br /><br />I now have a brand new king size bed in a room that is too small for it and mattress that won’t cover it. I want to replace it with the queen size bed. I spoke with the store owner and told him that I am happy to swap these sizes for no refund, even though the king size bed is more expensive. I’m also happy to pay delivery charges to swap the beds. I even offered to pay a little extra money on top of all that for any inconvenience that might be caused to Bed Shed - I just want the right sized bed that I thought I was ordering. <br /><br />I’m very stressed out and cant understand why this has happened and why the company won’t help me. The bed is great, just the wrong size and it was looking like it would be a great customer experience. Now I’m potentially facing a lot of trouble and lost money over either an order mixup or an honest mistake.
