Customer upset with snooze for lack of communication regarding order, feeling unimportant and disrespected, seeking $2000 compensation.
Was told it will take two weeks for my order to arrive at local store . They said they will call me when goods are there for pickup . I waited three weeks and I went to the store . They said they called me and said they couldn't leave a message I said why didn't you text me they said they couldn't. They only called my number once . I got angry at them and said fuck you people . I spend over $ 2000 dollars and you didn't contact me . The man at the counter told me to get fucked . What really got me was there pitiful attitude to a customer who paid for goods wasn't contacted , like I wasn't important . I think this is probably a waste of time because you sll working for captain snooze and nothing gonna change .im only a customer oh the goods I found out the goods had been at the store for two weeks an no one make any effort to contact me . It's like I'm nothing cause I already paid anyway
