Customer is frustrated with wynstan's delayed installation, poor communication, and considering cancelling order for a full refund.
Blinds were ordered - confirmed and paid on 7th November. We are still waiting on the installation - more than 3 months later. The installer has visited several times, and each time there was something wrong with the blinds and needed to go back to the factory for adjustments. The latest visit was on 31 Jan - he removed the existing blinds in the bedroom, then discovered the blinds had been cut to the wrong size, and needed to be redone. Since then I have been sleeping in a bedroom with no blinds at all - waking up at 6am due to sunrise each day, and having no privacy from the neighbours while I am in bed. I have contacted the Wynstan support line on several occasions asking for an update. Each time it is a disappointing experience - they say they need to check with somebody on the status, they promise to call me back, and the expected callback never happens. I keep ringing them, waiting on hold, asking when the installation will happen, and the cycle continues. At this point I am so frustrated with them, the terrible service, the broken commitments, and I'm seriously considering cancelling the order, claiming a full refund and going with a different supplier.
