Customer complaint about poor tree clearing work by ets in beaconsfield upper, seeking apology and adherence to australian standards.
Hi I’m Jason. I have a complaint about the appalling tree clearing works by ETS in the Beaconsfield upper area vic. They have used their giraffe machine which has been used to cut 6m tall Acacias at 185 Yackatoon Rd Beaconsfield upper and have lopped them and have left them in an appalling condition with big stubs that were not pruned back to a growth point (Australian standard) Hanging branches left in a Melaleuca at cnr of 25 Walford rd under the swer line. I also called Craig Fielder who said he has nothing to do with the appalling works as he is a climber who was about to enter my property on Yackatoon rd. I explained to him I am an arborist who has a Trust for nature conservancy property and I would like you to work to a Australian standard and not to remove any trees as part of the swer line tree clearing. I also asked if he could chip up all branches please and he said well did the last contractor do that and I said yes. The next day on April 24 the climbing crew have removed trees and have chopped up most of the branches into tiny little pieces. Do you think that is good work practice? Being disregarded with no customer or environmental care? I have years of experience in the industry and I don’t think I am being unreasonable. Also a small 2-3m Banksia has been removed under the swer line which wouldn’t have grown anywhere near the 7m high swer line. Thank you and hope you can resolve any future issues as I have been disregard by ETS saying they would return my calls but haven’t. Thank you.

Good afternoon <br /><br />I got a new dwelling in kalkallo I applied for new electricity meter with AGL on the 25th of April they said it will take 10 working days after NMN issued for the meter to be install !<br />Unfortunately till now there is no electricity, no meter , the house built , and for sale but can’t sell it cuz the electricity meter.<br />We got told that all the delay from Ausnet,<br />I cantacted them too many times , they has no answer , and just saying we don’t have enough staff and I have to wait.<br />When I ask how long I need to wait , they say we don’t know !<br />Recently today I contact them I spoke to (SHIA) when I asked her to transfer the call to her supervisor she hanged the phone on me and said there no update and just wait .<br />That’s not fair for me as a customer to wait that long just because AUSNet can’t handle the work load .<br />If they can’t deliver the service then they shouldn’t be in that place .<br />Now I got a buyer interested in the house but his daughter on medical device and I have no answer for him when the meter will be installed !<br />That’s very disappointing.<br /><br />Site address 37 yorkville rd kalkallo vic 3064 <br />Name haisam Osman <br />Contact 0434488856
