Customer complains about skyrocketing bills compared to neighbors and friends, questioning cost increase over last 3 bills.
My bill has sky rocketed. I live in my own and work full time and my bills are higher 3 times higher then my neighbours similar house and living conditions. My bills are also higher then friends with a family of 7 and 3 times higher ten same time two years ago. I’m questioning the cost over my last 3 bills.

Given our lifestyle, which includes frequent takeout meals, minimal home cooking, and the fact that we are not home during the day due to school and work commitments, it is inconceivable that our gas consumption could justify such an exorbitant charge.<br /><br />This unexpected and excessive bill places a significant financial burden on my family, which is particularly concerning given our careful and conservative use of gas. I respectfully request a thorough review and explanation of this bill. Additionally, I would appreciate any assistance or adjustments that can be made to rectify this situation and prevent such occurrences in the future.
