Customer received a new bill with incorrect solar input readings after new meters were installed, covering a longer period of time.
After new meters were installed, our Oct 23 to Jan 24 bill covering 92 days,was reversed and we were issued a new bill from Oct 23 to April 24 covering 196 days. our solar input went from 861 kwh for 92 days down to 801 kwh for 196 days? How can this be right? How can more than double the supply period give me a lower solar input reading?

Customer seeking resolution from energex for delayed installation of new hot water system control, causing continuous full tariff usage.
I had a digital meter installed by AGL and the electrician said the control for the hot water system ie tariff was no longer working. He bypassed the control and put in a request to Energex to install a new one. The install was meant to happen on February 26 but did not. The hot water system is continually on full tariff because of this. I would like Energex to advise when the issue will be resolved. NMI QB35933710

Customer upset with meter reader not reading meter as scheduled, requesting apology and re-visit from energex.
We have organized a SMS to let us know when our meter is being read. our text came yesterday to say they are coming today. I sat outside on our verandah from 7am and at 9;45 am the meter reader just came and quickly put a notice in our letter box. Our house is not close to letter box but he could see me with the two dogs on leads and myself sitting there. (not happy) he should be made to come back and read our meter. Thank you. Elaine Gaven.

Energex did not show up to replace power pole as scheduled, causing frustration and lack of communication with customer.
Energex were due to come to our property this morning at 7am to replace our property pole. They didn't show up. When I contacted the power pole suppliers they said..."Didn't Energex let you know the job was cancelled".....Not good enough!!! Our address is 48-50 Bartle Rd Tamborine Mountain 4272

Customer complains about meter not being read due to a dog and lack of access, despite there being no dog and plenty of access.
This is S & J Nowosad at 264 Coach Road East, Burpengary East, 4505. You have left a notice to say meter not read because of there being a dog and no access. Well there IS NO DOG and plenty of access. So please read the meter and stop making excuses. Your agent never even came in to do the read.

Customer seeks apology from energex for falsely claiming that a dog prevented meter reading, which affected billing accuracy.
Have checked my home mailbox & found Energex Message Card. Said Energex visited my residence at 69 Narangba Road, Petrie on 5/2/24 & could not access meter as "dog was unrestrained etc" I would like to inform Energex that we DO NOT OWN A DOG & have not owned one for over 30years. There is a dog next door which is behind a 6 foot fence. My complaint is that is seems that the meter reader did not make the effort to even read our meter which is totally accessible & animal free.
