Wasted four months of my life, frequently calling and trying to contact them, requesting call back after call backs, only to receive zero response and zero customer support service from them. Until I was agrees I've and threatened to lodge a formal complaint, they finally responded and returned a call back request and connected my service, after four months of non stop trying and hours upon days upon weeks and months in wasted time sitting on hold or awaiting call backs that never occurred. They took my monthly fees and refusing to reimburse or provide credit, stating its my fault it wasn't connected. Which happened to be an issue on their end to activated a modem I had bought from them years prior. Was unable to know such, until customer service response.
