Customer seeking $300 refund from lebara for lack of mobile data, long wait times, and no response to emails or chat.
I recharge a few days ago,360 day plan,35GB a month and paid 300 dollar,but still no mobile data....I called 126122,waited for 47 minutes, failed to speak to customer support...I sent email to care@lebara.com.au,until today no reply...same thing happened when I tried to chat to customer support,no reply...

Mobile coverage was out of service, faulty sim card. unprofessional service, rude phone manner, issue not addressed.
The mobile coverage was out of service on 31/01/2023. The sim card is faulty I have been contactef the service provider since 1 week. The service was unprofessional and people are not trained in the field. Most importantly, the phone manner was rude, when asking about their name. People cut you off and the issue still not addressed.
