iiNet is a service provider, which was acquired by TPG Telcom in 2020. iiNet was audited as part of the ACMA's Telco small business complaints- handling report. Among the many findings of the report, it was stated that all the audited providers met a good standard of complaince. In the TIO annual report for 2021-2022, iiNet received 2197 complaints which was 25% less than the previous year.
