Customer won a free pizza from foxtel rewards but unable to claim due to no crust pizza shops nearby. seeking compensation for local pizza.
I am very disappointed.I went on to my foxtel rewards , and I won a free pizza, but there are no crust pizza shops near me, so I am unable to claim my prize. I find this very frustrating as I have been trying to win a free pizza for a while now It should really be stated that crust pizza shops are only in certain areas And I think foxtel should compensate me to get a pizza from my local pizza shop. Thank you

Customer seeks refund for unauthorized charge on mother's account for boxing match she did not watch.
My mother, Audrey Moloney, who is 92, has been charged for a pay per view of a boxing match. She hates boxing and NEVER uses pay per view and most certainly did not watch it. If you check her history it will confirm that this is the case. She lives alone and no one else ever uses foxtel at that address. She tried to resolve it using the assistant and was told it is too late and the amount will not be refunded. Until this is resolved please do NOT direct debit ANYTHING from her account!

Elderly customer artemis chryssafenis experienced service cutoff due to payment issues. requesting $187.40 refund and apology from foxtel for unfair treatment.
Account no. 14731044 Account Holder’s name: Artemis Chryssafenis To Whom It May Concern, I am writing on behalf of my great aunt, Artemis Chryssafenis, who is 100 years old and speaks little English. She has asked me to resolve an issue with her account, and I have encountered several problems with your organisation that appear to unfairly target elderly migrants. Yesterday, Artemis’ TV subscription stopped working. She relies on the Greek Channel for news and entertainment. We discovered an unopened bill (no. 459469192) for $187.40, which I attempted to pay online through your website (https://www.foxtel.com.au/pay-my-bill.html). Despite trying three times with two different credit cards, the payment was unsuccessful. Consequently, we paid the amount at Australia Post (receipt no. 0032960) this morning. Upon returning home, the service was still inactive. I called 131 999 and spoke with a customer service agent who was unhelpful. I explained the following: • Artemis is 100 years old. • She speaks little English. • We never received last month’s statement (Artemis may have been misplaced it). • Cutting her service without warning is concerning, given her history of timely payments. The agent responded that a text message was sent to inform her of the pending payment. However, this message was sent to a landline number. Artemis does not have a mobile phone or email. The lack of compassion from your customer service agent was troubling, so I requested to speak to a supervisor. After 52 minutes, I was connected to someone who said I was transferred to the wrong department and advised me to call again. I have a recording of this conversation. On my second attempt, I spoke to a more sympathetic agent who reactivated the account, waived the $15 late penalty, and added my mobile number to the account for future communications. While I appreciated her help, I requested to speak to her supervisor for further support. She assured me that the supervisor would call me by COB, which did not happen. I have a recording of this commitment as well. Before seeking other remedies, I am writing to you directly. Artemis is an elderly migrant who has been unfairly treated, and without my assistance, she would still be without television service. While I do not seek personal compensation for the time I spent resolving this issue, I believe Artemis deserves compensation for the inconvenience, especially considering her age and loyalty as a long-term customer. Customer experiencing delays, errors, and lack of communication from foxtel. netflix subscription cut off, service wiped out, free to air channels not working.
Being told case is escalated and being made wait days and retelling issues. Called to have Netflix subscription put back on as it was cut off without reason and person who was putting the Netflix back on our account wiped out entire service. Can’t even use free to air channels been told for the last two days that it would be fixed still not fixed. Have had one attempt at a phone call. They didn’t let the phone ring for very long And I’m trying to get a hold of someone and everyone keeps cutting off the Conversation

I am a very long time customer. 8 days ago my Internet and landline were lost, the story goes that you are migrating your service (whatever that means) for better service. Customer upset with foxtel for showing same episodes of everybody loves raymond frequently despite increased subscription cost, seeking resolution and apology.
Why is the comedy channel showing the same episodes of Everybody Loves Ramond every couple of weeks. You have increased the cost of my subscription and now you showing the same episodes week after week.
