Ms. evans seeks resolution and apology from verizon for flagging her account as fraud despite verifying identity and reporting fraudulent activity.
This is Ms.Evans contacting somebody to help me with Verizon team they have flagged my Account as fraud and I have verified my identity as well as got an email with submission saying that my account can be reopened and used mind you these accounts that the fraud is on there is because I reported myself as the customer fraudulent activity on my Account mind you I’ve had this number for 8years.

Customer unhappy with verizon service, received faulty phones, poor customer service, and billing issues. seeking resolution and apology.
Hey where do I start? I was a prepaid customer 60 bucks a month flat every month had a beautiful Samsung Galaxy phone. It was getting old real old. It lasted a long time then I went in and got on a contract and got a new Google pixel 6 and it's a piece of junk and I had to send it back and get a new one which was a certified used them. Okay I got it loose in a box. No cord, no packaging and I discovered I was getting a used piece of crap. I need a CEO or somebody cuz no one's helping me with Verizon. They keep giving me the runaround but they want my bill. They've got my bill from 112 in the beginning so now I'm supposed to pay $200 after having problems and repeating it and getting a new phone now they want me to take the same piece of s*** phone, a third one from you guys. A third one that's makes me an idiot. If I take that it's a broken phone again and the pixel sucks and nobody will help me and I'm very pissed off and I'm ready to go pick it all your stores. Well I've been a Verizon Customer for 11 years. I've paid on time and paid for insurance the Whole time. I've used the insurance once about 6 years ago. Cracked screen. It was so easy. I was sent a Phone (probably refurbished) and I sent my Broken Phone back to Verizon. I did Not have to pay a deductible or be without my phone for Any period of time!! I'm on disability now and I don't have 99.00 or can not be without my phone for 5 days due to my illness and I live alone. This needs to be fixed and done better. There isnt a Verizon repair center in my area. That is Not the customers problem...that would be Verizon's prob for not having one around here.; a place you are selling and servicing the areas here, right?? When my verizon bill was due this month I made a promise to pay arrangement know I wasn't gonna be able to make the payment because I had been laid off when the day came to pay the extended bill I was still unable to make the payment so I contacted verizon and explained my situation and asked what to do they suggested that I make another promise to pay arrangement for 2 more weeks I stated I did think that would b enough ti.e he said that was all he could do when that time was up I called again they said that I couldn't make another promise to pay because I was still in an arrangement for another day or so that I should call back in the next day or so while I returned to call again and I was unable to speak to a live person at the end of which the chat option left me unansured to an interruption and my service

Customer signed up for verizon 5g internet deal for xbox and gift card, but never received email to claim gifts despite contacting verizon multiple times.
Back on January 2nd a verizon salesman inside of my local walmart told me about this great deal if I signed up with them for their 5g internet that I would receive a Xbox series x console and a $200 gift card to Amazon and that I would get the email to claim both those gifts within the week. Well after Two weeks I contacted verizon and they told me they had no idea on why I hadn't received the email yet and to give it a couple more days so I did and still nothing then after talking to four different people from verizon I still got no where and no one would help me at all and that was the whole point of me signing up for their service was for that deal and no one ever helped me but yet they slapped me with a huge bill and I just want what was promised to me.
